Hilarious “Downing Street II”

Okay, the anti-war yellow-bellied slander monkeys (aka. Democrats like Murtha) are really reaching now. Check out the new headline from London.
Blair Talked Bush out of Bombing
There were calls for Downing Street to publish the transcript of a conversation between Tony Blair and US President George Bush, amid claims that the Prime Minister persuaded Mr Bush not to launch a military strike on a TV station in a friendly Arab state.
According to unnamed sources quoted in the Daily Mirror, the memo - stamped Top Secret - records Mr Bush suggesting that he might order the bombing of Al-Jazeera’s studios in Qatar.
Do the brainless dipshit journaljismers realize that the US military commitment to Qatar exceeds our commitment to England? Do they know that what they suggest makes about as much sense as having F-18’s based outside of Atlanta conduct a long range bombing run on CNN - in Atlanta? Instead of bombing the headquarters in Qatar, perhaps we should have some of our soldiers swing by there with some satchel charges in between waking up, grabbing donuts, and going to work?
Damn. I’m really lost on this one. Would the US bomber, whether a B-1B or B-52, even have time to retract it’s landing gear on the bombing run, or would it take off, circle around a while so the pilot can wolf down a donut, drop the bombs, and then land so the pilots can finish their coffee? Wouldn’t the whole run be a complete waste of fuel? I ask this because my boss’s niece was a B-1B pilot who now flies out of Qatar, a country the approximate size of a postage stamp.
Do these idiot Brits know that the US has said its deployment to Qatar has been extended until the sun runs out of hydrogen, which the military is estimating will happen on a 4 to 5 Billion year timeframe? Do they know that we trust Qatar with more advanced aircraft than we’ve sold to Britain, France, or Germany, more advanced models than the US Air Force flies (F-16 block 60’s)?
Zowie. The Brits really printed this crap? I’m amazed they managed to find the French coastline in WW-II. With brilliant scoops like this they could’ve ended up in the Aleutians or something. But let’s get back to today’s headline.
According to the Mirror’s source, the transcript records a conversation during Mr Blair’s visit to the White House on April 16 last year, in the wake of a failed attempt to root out insurgents in the city of Fallujah, in which 30 US Marines died.
So did the White House mail them the transcript, or do the Brits have bugs in the White House? I really want to know. Was this transcript ripped out of Murtha’s bent over ass so the Democrats could desperately try to reframe the family discussion over Thanksgiving? Oh, what would be the odds of that, considering that Murtha said the war was a lost cause back in May, 2004, but waited until Bush’s poll numbers were down before staging a press conference about it, pretending he “only now” came to the conclusion?
A spokesman for 10 Downing Street refused to discuss the leaked memo.
Probably because he never heard of it.
But former defence minister Peter Kilfoyle - a leading Labour opponent of the Iraq War - called for the document to be made public.
“I believe that Downing Street ought to publish this memo in the interests of transparency, given that much of the detail appears to be in the public domain,” he told the Press Association.
Basically, given that a journalist has been told something breathtakingly stupid, he wants Tony Blair to admit to it.
Liberal Democrat foreign affairs spokesman Sir Menzies Campbell told PA: “If true, then this underlines the desperation of the Bush administration as events in Iraq began to spiral out of control. On this occasion, the Prime Minister may have been successful in averting political disaster, but it shows how dangerous his relationship with President Bush has been.
I’d put the odds at 80% that this insanely stupid story was put out by US Congressional Democrats to try and create “Downing Street Memo II”. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if it came from the desk of Murtha, reeling from getting slammed as a spineless yellow-bellied surrender monkey and a slander weasel. The Democrat surrender plan has backfired, and they’re looking for cover, so I’m sure they’ll be shooting idiotic documents like this to anyone too stupid to look at a map.

The British journlismers (aka suckers) allegedly sat on this for a year and a half, and only march it out a day or two after the Dem’s are forced to eat their own poo? Too convenient by half. I think it’s time to start pulling phone records on this one.

Oh, and Juandos sent me this about the professor who said soldiers should shoot their superiors. I don’t have time to blog it right now.

Here’s the actual transcript sent to me via an “unnamed source”.
(Begin transcript)
Bush: “Hey Tony! Al Jazzera is really getting on my nerves with their misunderpretation of the facts.”
Blair: “Yes Georgie, it is quite a bother.”
Bush: Hey Tony! Ya know what would be really funny? I send in a stealth bomber and blow up that TV station and then blame it on France!” (starts laughing)
Blair: That would be quite amusing but the only problem is that nobody would believe it. After all, we’re talking about the Frogs.” (starts chuckling)
Bush: “What if I bomb that station with a couple of tons of cheese wheels?” (laughs)
Blair: “It would be entertaining, but if you ask me, it would be a bloody bad waste of cheese”
Bush: “I guess you’re right….It sure would have been fun watching that frenchie Chirac’s eyes bug out of his head when I accused him of a ‘war crime’! Damn fun if you ask me!”
Blair: “Yes, quite.”

Actually, this story pretty much fisks itself. The second paragraph tells all you need to know about it:
From everything I’ve heard, the Daily Mirror has the reputation of being the worst of the British tabloids; by comparison, they make the National Enquirer look like the Wall Street Journal in terms of professionalism…and in terms of reliability they make Bill Clinton look honest. And they lean just about as far left as the Guardian does. If England has anything like the Democratic Underground website, that’s probably where you can find their “unnamed sources.”

GW should have went ahead with the bombing…..OF THE BBC STUDIOS, then any excess could have lit up the Canuck Broadcast Network on the way home….. Actually taking out those two along with Al Jee-queer would have warmed my soul for months.

You should remember that that is the same magazine which asked “how can 59,000,000 people be so dumb?” after the election. It’s really just trivial stuff

This is obviously just like that time Reagan said he was bombing the USSR when he thought the mic was off. It seems they’re really reaching this time. I’m just amused by the unabashed hostility that their press shows for us and our president. They characterize Bush and Blair’s relationship as dangerous. They suggest that we intentionally target journalists. We’re not the guys capturing journalists and cutting their heads off, but they give the enemy a pass on that one. We’re the dangerous ones!

Not to worry though that these Downing Street Memos - Act II are obviously the flights of delusion of some short bus riding liberal…
We don’t have to goto England to look for fools though… JACK CAFFERTY, CNN ANCHOR (courtesy of Political Teen) has done himself proud yet again showing just how tenuous his grip on reality is…

Hey Guys,
Little off topic, but I made the mistake of visiting Rosie O’Donnel’s site and trying to talk some sense into those people… Talk about an effort in futility! They couldn’t even answer one simple question, that I asked over and over again. They kept saying how we were doing the wrong thing, how we should pull out now, and even how we should just rely on “unconditional love” to carry us through. All I asked was: If what Bush is doing is so wrong, what would YOU do differently? No what I got for an answer? Nothing. Nil. Zip. Nada. I’m so thoroughly disgusted right now. I’ll be heading over the first part of January. And all I can say is i’m glad to know you guys’ll be back here carrying on the good fight. I can’t believe the total ignorance of those folks. It’s as if they subscribe to a different reality.

Or better still…just cut the fucking powerto the station?
Who needs a bomber for that??
Jeez…talk about stupid….
