This latest outrage with the fucking New Qaeda York Times exposing classified information, and the paranoid idiots that love stories like this for their own selfish reasons–I’m furious. First, they complain that the pre-911 intelligence was faulty (which it WAS) or that the Bush administration (and curiously, only the Bush administration) ignored the “obvious” signs of a potential attack. The 9/11 Commission CRITICIZED the NSA for not conducting surveillance, for Chrissakes! Then, when something is done to plug the holes–The Patriot Act, the NSA’s watching people with known links to al Qaeda and related terrorist organizations, etc., then these same ENEMIES OF THE STATE scream bloody murder.

I joined the Navy. At seventeen.

My mailing list has grown smaller, once being forced to deliberately, coldly, dispassionately destroy a family member’s, credibility, personality and motives.
She has not communicated with me since, nor I her.
But I publicly told her she has failed, those like her have failed…..and will continue to fail, the one thing they are good at, be it socially or spiritually. I will not be silenced, simply having to change the iron plating on my ass occasionally. And learn, God yes, learn. But I do not fear these people, not now, never thinking that the writing classes I studied in school would serve me so well. Often ridiculed, but rarely engaged.
I used to feel alone, an ossified relic of a bygone era……until now.
I feel better, reading this site daily, often laughing hysterically at the presentations of the articles presented. You folks are good, real good. I am spreading the word…as I told one lefty..you go there talkin’ shit, they’ll eat you for lunch and spit out the bones…
Maybe I’m just one middle aged guy, but there are a hell of a lot of younger folks out there, tougher, smarter, stronger and faster than I…and they believe as I do.

Now to go read some more blogs..and tend to daily chores.
