In case you haven’t been laughing your ass off watching Hot Air’s Lieberman/Mentos Freshmaker debate coverage here and here, let’s just summarize it for you: Lieberman beat Lamont to a quivering, sniveling little blob of Jell-O, and that was just during the introduction part. It got better after that.

Somehow we get the feeling that the Freshmaker is going to need a bit more than the endorsement of the AlbaKos to get through the primaries.

But that isn’t the best part, oh no. Not by a long shot. The best part is the reaction from the Nutroots. You know, the Kossacks. You know, the ones endlessly talking about the Revolution and how they’re going to “fight back” using all of the “dirty tricks of the Reichwingers”. You know, the ones whose Dear Leader, “Screw ‘Em” Kos, vowed to declare war on the DLC and turn them “radioactive” (right up until the point where his buddy Jerome landed a consulting contract with one of their members, at which point Markotz immediately assumed the position and opened wide).

What was their reaction?, we hear you ask.

Of course, they do have one point: Yes, Joe was unfair. But what was he to do? Leave his brain at home before going to the debate?
