No, we’re not going to talk about the bit of the leaked NIE that mentions that the terrorists have used the war as a recruitment tool, which is all that the famously “unbiased” MSM have chosen to publish, carefully avoiding mention of anything else in the document, which you can download and read for yourselves now.

Please note all of the dogs that didn’t bark in the wholly owned subsidiaries of the DNC, the MSM.

Also note that the imbecilic J-school retards are claiming that enemies getting annoyed when you attack them is BIG NEWS.

We’re happy for them that they didn’t go through the humiliation of trying to graduate from a real school.

Ultimately, though, what all of this means is that we still have a lot of leaky traitors in high places that need to have their pie holes plugged before they REALLY cause us damage.

Plugged, preferably, with a high-velocity rifle round after a short military tribunal.

Divulging classified information is grounds for charges of treason, in a time of war or not, and should be treated as such. And treason is a capitol offence. Punishable by death, time of war or not. That we are in a time of war just makes it all the more serious because you also get a side dish of aiding and abetting the enemy.

I for one volunteer to pull the lever or man the firing squad.

And what, pray tell, did the murdering savages — er ’scuse — members of the Religion of Peace use as a recruitment tool for the 1,500 or so years prior to the Iraq War? I can’t even read MSM crap any more. I have to watch my blood pressure.

What was all of that caterwauling we heard from the drooling LefTards about before? Oh yeah, something about someone’s remarks being “taken out of context”…

The war is serving as a recruitment tool for the terrorists?

It seems to me as if our lamestream media aspire to that role themselves.

I know how much the emperor LOVES journalists, so I’ll just pass on a complaint (whah… whah…) from the head of Bush Media wing Fox News:

NEW YORK (AP) — Fox News chief Roger Ailes says former President Clinton’s response to Chris Wallace’s question about going after Osama bin Laden represents ”an assault on all journalists.”

”If you can’t sit there and answer a question from a professional, mild-mannered, respectful reporter like Chris Wallace, then the hatred for journalists is showing,” Ailes said in an interview with The Associated Press on Wednesday. ”All journalists need to raise their eyebrows and say, `hold on a second.”’

Whaaaaaaaah! Whaaaaaaaaaaaah! That democrat said bad things about me!

    And as for:

    Divulging classified information

You mean, divulging the classified report from our intelligence services that descibe how the president is lying?

    Whaaaaaaaaaah! whah-whah-whah-whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

It’s so sad how everybody seems to miss the central point of SOMEBODY who has LEAKED Classified Information, DURING A TIME OF WAR.

And instead of focusing on the selective info being “leaked” is NOT asking about this act of TREASON.

What am I NOT getting about all this?

Which, as has been pointed out, almost as many times as your mother has dropped to her knees when the fleet pulls into port, is a capital offense during a time of war…

…that descibe how the president is lying?

Which, if you’d read anything other than the Daily KosTipation™ & the Disembodied Uteris™ isn’t even CLOSE to what the NIE concludes.

Now, get back to down to your street corner and start sucking hippie cock for your crack fix for the day, you festering anal blister. The library’s closing in 10 minutes.

Ok, I’m about ready to have a heart attack or something.
    One question.
EXACTLY WHICH PART OF THE WORD ‘CLASSIFIED’ IS NOT REGISTERING WITH THESE SHITHEADS?!
‘Classified’ means fucking ‘classified’, as in ‘do not divulge under threat of imprisonment and/or death’. Period. End of story.
And speaking as someone who does hold a clearance, and I take it VERY seriously by the way, I don’t give a rat’s ass if any particular document says bad stuff about Bush or if it conclusively proves that Hillary has been operating a money laundering scheme for Hezbollah or whatever. REGARDLESS of how much I may approve or disapprove of a document’s content, and REGARDLESS of how much I would like or disliek the public to have access to said document, if it has a Sensitive, Secret, or higher clearance attached to it, THEN KEEP YOUR FUCKING MOUTH SHUT. And I also know for a fact that whoever the leaker is has signed legal documents in front of witnesses stating that said leaker would not release classified information without approval from superiors REGARDLESS of the content in question. Said leaker should be found and prosecuted for treason.
I’m going to go have a drink or four.

Too bad your scrupulous regard for classified information doesn’t extend to the executive office’s disclosure of the identity of a CIA operative.

    Let’s play: Oh - that was different…

Isn’t that actionable under a known criminal statute? Unlike your vague impression that leaking classified documents is, uh, like, uh, treason or somethin’?

  13. Emperor Misha I Comment by Emperor Misha I UNITED STATES

    Hear, hear.

People who disclose information passed on in confidence are the lowest scum that ever disgraced the planet.

Heck, it’s not even “just” a legal matter (not that the laws are being enforced, obviously, or Leavenworth would be filled well beyond capacity by now), it’s a matter of honor, something of which the leakers have none.

If I had a buck for every time I could’ve devastated an argument by disclosing classified information…

But one doesn’t. At least one doesn’t if one has a shred of decency and if one’s word means anything at all.

As to enforcing the laws that obviously not a single one of the pussies in the Administration has the intestinal fortitude to enforce, I can only say this:

If I were in charge, leakers would be subjected to the kind of punishment that would become legend, stuff that books would be written about.

Books that would then immediately be burned for the good of mankind, since the information contained within would utterly destroy the very soul of the reader and render him a drooling, blabbering shell of a human being.

I especially loved this little tidbit from the second link:

“Confront Saddam Hussein now, or pay a much heavier price later,” said Rep. Howard Berman, a liberal Democrat from California. “The idea of Saddam Hussein with a nuclear weapon is too horrifying to contemplate, too terrifying to tolerate.”

Plame’s Sooper Seekrit Identity™ was outed by her own husband, then a BDS-suffering Foggy Bottom Dweller™ (Armitage). She wasn’t a covert agent for over 6 years (if ever). She was meddling in foreign policy matters by conniving to send her hubby (a BDS-suffering Donk shill) to Africa to sit around the pool and drink cocktails and then file a report and turn right around and write a pack of lies IN AN EDITORIAL at the NYSlimes, all WITHOUT him having to sign the standard non-disclosure form before going on said bullshit trip.

Well, I suppose your impotent posturing about outrage does serve the purpose of helping you all forget that you are tools that have swallowed yet another lie, even when the combined intelligence services of the United States describe it in detail in an official government document. How convenient! Much better than facing harsh truths.

By the way, how does Armitage admitting that he undermined the security of the U.S. by illegally disclosing the ID of a CIA agent somehow make it not a crime, and a much more serious crime than attempting to disabuse poor propoganda victims like yourself?

I await another round of typical pretzle logic…

They used to shoot traitors, a fine tradition. Since ‘Nam wasn’t a declared war traitors like Hanoi Jane and such got a free pass. Seems to me adhering to the letter of the law, ignoring the intent, is fine legal posturing, but morally it stinks. All in all, however, should the savages ultimately prevail, it will be the traitors suffering the worst of all fates……….for everyone despises them.

Why no linkage from the New York Sun? Just curious since Gateway Pundit has a link to this: As War Over Leak Grips Washington, Al Qaeda Quails

The letter, found in the headquarters of Al Qaeda’s leader in Iraq, Abu-Musab al-Zarqawi, after he was killed on June 7, was sent to Zarqawi by a senior Al Qaeda leader who signs his name simply “Atiyah.” He complains that Al Qaeda is weak both in the Afghanistan-Pakistan border region and in Iraq.

A former jihadist who fought in Algeria in the 1990s, Atiyah appears from the text to be speaking for Al Qaeda’s Shura Council — the group’s decision-making panel chaired by Osama bin Laden. In the letter, he sharply criticizes Zarqawi’s leadership, saying he alienated key allies necessary for the implementation of jihad in Iraq.

“Know that we, like all the Mujahidin, are still weak,” he wrote in the letter dated December 11, 2005. “We are in the stage of weakness and a state of paucity. We have not yet reached a level of stability. We have no alternative but to not squander any element of the foundations of strength, or any helper or supporter.”

But, And … WHO DID leak this? It is Treason, yes? (If we call it a state of war or not?) and so, WHO committed the crime? (Well, at least for the record.)

It is indeed Treason, not to mention a slew of other infractions regarding the disclosure of classified material.

The problem is that we’ve been run by a bunch of bleeding-heart whingers for so long now that the meaning of the word “treason” has completely disappeared. Along with words such as “duty”, “honor” and “integrity.”

Somewhere between the late 60s and now, society decided that punishing traitors and spies wasn’t “inclusive” enough for their huge, “tolerant” tent.

About the same time that “tolerance” and “understanding” came to mean “suicide pact.”

Most likely it was because the bleeding hearts decided that calling somebody a “spy” or a “traitor” might hurt their self-esteem, particularly if the accusation happened to be true. And we can’t have people’s self-esteem being damaged, now can we?
