As if shady land deals wasn’t enough, Dirty Harry Reid has now been caught with his hands in the campaign till, spending political donations to pay for his opulent lifestyle.
But at least he’s promised to pay back the money now that he’s been caught, so we don’t suspect that the MSM will make much of it.
Hey, it’s like if I were to rob a bank. If I got caught, all I’d have to do would be to hand the money back and that’d be the end of it, right?
Well, if I were a Democrat, perhaps.
Clearly we mere mortals are not worthy of being judged by the same rules as such moral giants.

Back on September 23, 2005 Sen. Reid said: ““In the wake of Katrina, it’s been interesting to see some on the other side scream and holler for matching cuts in other domestic programs. These same individuals had no problem spending trillions of dollars in Iraq or on the Bush tax cuts while our deficits were mounting.”
Funny how Reid was fishing around for his own tax cuts: (Washington Times) Other parts of the deal — such as the informal handling of property taxes — raise questions about gifts or income reportable to Congress and the Internal Revenue Service, analysts said
October 16th, 2006 at 5:38 pmFuck them. Fuck them all. Fuck them ALL completely to death. Right now, I am so upset with the pieces of fecal matter that composee the Communist Party of America, Amerika(?), PsOS that they are, Fuck them, Kill them ALL. This nation has NO room for this shit. It must be wiped. Wiped off the ass of the nation. That lowest component itself should have no acceptance for this. At this particular moment, my truest emotions flow.
October 16th, 2006 at 7:21 pmSo when in Senator Reid going to resign? After all, this is what Democrats constantly demand from Republicans for things as trivial as breaking wind in mixed company. I seriously think it’s time for Senator Reid to step down from his leadership position. I’m sure Democrats will pressure him to do so, just as Republicans pressured Trent Lott to give up his leadership post after what amounted to some insignificant comments to cheer up an old geezer on his birthday.
Seriously though, Democrats really have it easy. When you have a complete lack of ethics, it’s impossible to be shamed into doing anything.
October 16th, 2006 at 7:28 pmAnd it is the ethical deficit that shows through so well. Again, how do we dispose of this tripe? How do we remove these treasonous cankers from our government, and from our court systems? RNC persons have the honor to remove themselves. The fact that there is anything that is done that requires resignation is for another time. The fact remains that the DNC has no such scruples. They glory in what we find shameful. And are hypocritical enough to persecute us for what they themselves glory in.
October 17th, 2006 at 9:45 amBeaker asks: “So when in Senator Reid going to resign?“…
Hey Beak, Reid CAN’T retire, he’s got to many campaign contributions to spend yet and promises to break…
From the Waterbury Republic-American: According to the AP, the Reid-Brown dealings appear to be part of a larger scheme in which federal lands were sold off to developers friendly to the senator, who used his political influence to move their projects through the regulatory process. For his efforts on those fronts, Sen. Reid was rewarded with thousands in campaign contributions from the principals, the AP said
October 17th, 2006 at 2:32 pmWhat really gets me is that the MSM either doesn’t discuss any of this, or actually poo-poohs it, or ignores it, or like it did with the recent death of Rep Gerry Studds, make these dirtballs into “heroes!”
Nah, never any media bias anywhere…………..
