It is, of course, absolutely wonderful that the slimy Democrats and their Gestapo methods have managed to get His Imperial Majesty all fired up about the election and defeating the sewer-dwelling slimesuckers again.
But, as is always the case, renewed emotional investment in an outcome has a downside to it as well: What if we lose?
It was so much easier when we didn’t give a damn either way.
But then we read this:
Arizona Sen. John McCain, a likely Republican presidential contender in 2008, joked on Wednesday he would “commit suicide” if Democrats win the Senate in November.
McCain, on a visit to Iowa to campaign for Republican congressional candidates, was asked his reaction to a potential Democratic takeover of the Senate in the November 7 elections.
“I think I’d just commit suicide,” McCain told reporters, to accompanying laughter from Republicans standing with him.
At least now, if the Dhimmicrats win, it won’t be a TOTAL loss.
We feel so much better already.
Then again: Does this mean that our efforts to prevent a Democrat victory are tantamount to trying to save Traitor McCain’s life?
Damn, now we’re all conflicted again.
