Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler » Reason #1,554 Why I’ll NEVER Vote for McCain, No Matter WHO He is Running Against

Not content with teaming up with Russ Fuckhead Feingold to outlaw political speech prior to elections, not content with teaming up with Robert “Does This Klan Robe Make Me Look Fat?” Byrd to create the Gang of 14 to help save the filibuster in order to block Supreme Court nominees, John “Swinehead” McCain is now teaming up with (up)Chuck Schumer to create deliberately vague legislation in order to push his totalitarian agenda.

It follows the usual modus operandi of pocket fascists when they want to impose Big Brother on you and grab more power for their corrupt, untrustworthy, lying selves:

1) Find a Noble Cause™ that nobody, nobody can possibly disagree with (in this case, they’re using Teh Childrennnn™, always a favorite with proto-fascists).

2) Draft legislation that can be seen as helping the Noble Cause™, but be sure to make it so ridiculously vague that it can be re-interpreted later on in any way that you see fit, so as to eliminate the need for you to push another bill, since you’ve already got “mandate” and “precedence.”

3) Demonize anybody pointing out the vagueness and other flaws in your Camel’s Nose Legislation, calling them heartless, cruel bastards who don’t care about the Noble Cause™.

4) Pass legislation, then forget about the Noble Cause™ and start implementing your real agenda.

There’s more, but I’d just be repeating the Imperial Firearms Advisor, who covers it much better anyway. Go read.

Feingold.
KKK Byrd.
Schumer.

By your friends shall you be judged.

If the GOP wants me to vote for their candidate in ‘08, they’d damn well better make sure that McCain is nowhere to be found on the ticket. If I wanted a lying, socialist, authoritarian son of a leprous bitch, I’d vote Democrat. At least they don’t try to hide what they’re all about.

Fuckweasel.

From what I’ve seen of McCain’s proposed legislation, it doesn’t need to be “re-interpreted” to be a disaster for both First Amendment rights and the presumption of innocence. The original intent of McCain’s bill is bad enough.

Do you prosecute, for example, MySpace or Blogger because some sixteen-year-old high school girl posts a picture of herself in a bikini or other revealing clothing on her personal blog? Does the girl herself face charges?

Or how about all those people with personal blogs who post pictures of their toddler children running around in diapers or playing in the bath? Are they now going to be defendants in a child porn case?

That sounds pretty plausible to me, especially if you followed the link to the original article at the Imperial Firearms Advisor’s place: the article mentioned a professional photographer who is now facing kiddy porn charges because somebody thought some modeling photos the guy took of clothed children - with the consent and supervision of the parents! - were “too suggestive.”

Here’s another example: Some time back I followed a link at another blog to an old post at IMAO - I think it was Frank J’s “Instapundit blends puppies” post - and found that, several months after Frank had posted the original article, he’d been visited by a porno spammer, who’d put links to all sorts of disgusting stuff in that comment thread. Are bloggers now liable if the cops of somebody else finds trackback porn spam attached to an old, long-forgotten post?

This bill is a legal nightmare waiting to happen, and it’s going to happen to a lot of innocent people should McCain get his way.

They started this “You Decide 2008″ bullshit before all the 2006 votes had even been counted. How the hell are they gonna get TWO FREAKIN’ YEARS out of news that can be summed up by saying…

“Well, Misha, in my astute political analysis of the situation, at this point, neither party has a candidate worth a fuck, and unless somebody figures out how to resurrect Reagan, we’re all gonna be fucked no matter who wins in ‘08…”

I’m starting to think I may not be the only one who thinks the north vietnamese turned him while he was a POW and he has been a shadow tool for the left ever since? Seems would account for what he does and how he acts… What he claims to be seems to be just that and nothing more - a claim, RINO at absolute best.

The most compelling reason, to NOT nominate McCain is, the Left WANTS him to be the nominee.

It doesn’t take Rocket Surgery to figure out why THAT would be.
