Another fun item from the self-anointed Protectors of the Constitution™, the Dhimmicrats:
Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) sponsors HR 288 which “condemn[s] bigotry and religious intolerance, and recogniz[es] that holy books of every religion should be treated with dignity and respect.”
How about you tell that to your wholly owned subsidiary, the ACLU? Perchance it might keep them from filing lawsuits because they discovered a cross in an ancient city seal?
I will continue, in keeping with the First Amendment of the Constitution that you Dhimmicrats don’t give a shit about and that I am sworn to protect with my life, if necessary, to treat the Koran with all of the respect that it deserves.
That is to say: I would, if only they’d print it on soft, two-ply paper.
If you intend to infringe upon that right, I suggest that you put in an order for body bags.
You’re going to need them.
“Against all enemies, foreign AND domestic.”
I laid down that oath. I take it seriously. VERY seriously.
Thatisall.

Hooah, sire. Same oath, same intent.
January 5th, 2007 at 4:02 pmI started to say “Oh no, WTF happened to the Emperor?!” Then I read the next sentence. Whew!!
I would give the filthy koran the same respect as I would give to “Mein Kampf.”
January 5th, 2007 at 4:09 pmYou only hear this when a religion, other than Christianity is being “slighted”.
Who is he pandering to this time. Perhaps al-Sadr’s website didn’t give him any linky-love or CAIR threatened to pull their campaign funding.

January 5th, 2007 at 4:20 pmI will continue to back up my 1st Amendment rights with my 2nd Amendment rights.
What part of “Congress shall make no law…” and “…shall not be infringed.”
Do these treasonous bastards not understand?
January 5th, 2007 at 4:39 pmIs it illegal to execute traitors if they happen to reside in Congress? If so, that would certainly be one possible explanation for the softening in enforcement standards in the last 30 or so years…
January 5th, 2007 at 4:53 pmJimmy “The Wig” Traficant is doing time while a pimp like Conyers gets a pass for the same crime because he’s black.
January 5th, 2007 at 5:05 pmThis was nothing but pure showboating by Conyers to impress and appease his Muslim constituency. By the way, it was introduced in 2005 as HRES 288; a House Simple Resolution. As such, it wouldn’t have had any effect on anything beyond pandering to his base and those of his loony co-sponsors, who were:
Rep. Emanuel Cleaver [D-MO]
Rep. Tom Cole [R-OK]
Rep. Elijah Cummings [D-MD]
Rep. Anna Eshoo [D-CA]
Rep. Bob Filner [D-CA]
Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee [D-TX]
Rep. Eddie Johnson [D-TX]
Rep. Marcy Kaptur [D-OH]
Rep. Carolyn Kilpatrick [D-MI]
Rep. Dennis Kucinich [D-OH]
Rep. Ray LaHood [R-IL]
Rep. James McDermott [D-WA]
Rep. Martin Meehan [D-MA]
Rep. William Pascrell [D-NJ]
Rep. Edward Pastor [D-AZ]
Rep. Janice Schakowsky [D-IL]
Rep. Robert Scott [D-VA]
Rep. José Serrano [D-NY]
Rep. Maxine Waters [D-CA]
Rep. Robert Wexler [D-FL]
Rep. Lynn Woolsey [D-CA]
It wasn’t acted upon during the last session of Congress, so it died. But I’m sure we’ll see it’s day of resurrection with this new bunch.

Fuck these low life leftist pukes. If I want to tell some Islamic jihadist wearing an “I Hate America” shirt what the Hell I think about it it’s my gaw damn right to.
And when the Hell have these leftist pukes cared about religious bigotry?
The liberal idiots [redundancy] have been bigoted towards Christians and a lesser extent Jews for decades. Liberal miscreants put a crucifix in urine, they smear feces on a picture of the Virgin Mary, they denigrate Jesus in cartoon strips, etc.. did liberals raise objections? I doubt it—maybe a few did.
But now that Donks hold congress they’ve found religion [islam] and want to protect the religious rights of all [uh huh].
I’m so fed up with these leftist shitstains.
January 5th, 2007 at 5:55 pmI’ve got my “INFIDEL” t-shirt on now, and wear it proudly!
January 5th, 2007 at 6:51 pmYou use Charmin (TM) to wipe yer pigs asses, boss?
January 5th, 2007 at 6:57 pmNot this John Conyers surely… :razz_wp:
January 5th, 2007 at 7:30 pmTwo former aides to Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) have alleged that he repeatedly violated House ethics rules
I read that and think……
I wanted to share this…on a Friday night. A letter arrived for my wife. Our soldier in Iraq. We have sent all sorts of stuff to him, as well as letters. I hope I get one back as well. But he seems in better spirits. But I thought I’d share it with you, and how my wife’s eyes lit up when she saw the envelope……..and we will continue to send him stuff, he can barter it if nothing else. He lives to see his daughter Patience again. His wife, unable to handle the separation, left. You know how it goes……..again I thought I’d share a letter from the front, and what it means to us to be able to help. We owe them so very, very much. My dad received Red Cross boxes in a concentration camp. Between that and the rats he stayed alive. So from a soldier in Iraq.
Dear Mrs. Hopkins;
Thank you for the box and the letters you have sent. I know that you have a kind heart and a sense of country. You sound so peaceful in your letter, and it helped me to drive on that day.
I live for my daughter Patience and at times I think I can’t go on and I stop and remember I still have her.
I know that you don’t know me, but the best thing you can do for me is enjoy life. Peace is a good thing that I do want for you all.
You don’t need to send me anything but if you send me a letter or two that would be nice.
Please tell me what you guys like to do where you live. What kind of car does your husband have? I have a ‘74 Stingray Corvette that I love. I also like to kick box or go fishing or just spend time with Patience. I live in the Ozarks in West Plains, Missouri.
Talk to you later.
Travis.
It made my eyes well up. He didn’t ask for peace for himself, or for him to enjoy life………what a magnificent spirit. Contrast that to the human garbage addressed in this post.

I’ve often thought that Koranic Toilet Paper would sell very well.
January 5th, 2007 at 9:40 pmThe Koran also makes a great target it seems… :biggrin_wp:
January 6th, 2007 at 10:30 amBut doesn’t a ‘Holy Book’ that promotes and encourages bigotry and religious intolerance contradict the spirit of this bill?
January 8th, 2007 at 6:32 amThat would not matter to anyone who desires the demise of this nation by whatever means needed. Like the DNC.
