…it turns out that Moussaoui got a pardon for the murder of 3,000 innocent Americans thanks to a ’stealth juror’, a slimeball so devious that he/she couldn’t even bring him/herself to argue for his/her position with the rest of the jurors. No matter how long they spent debating among themselves, the anonymous vote always came up with one vote against the death penalty.

No, that is NOT “courageously arguing against an outcome”, that is NOT “deliberating according to the duty of juries”.

What is IS is deliberate, premeditated sabotage of our legal system.

But hey… At least we denied Moussaoui his martyrdom! That means that we WON!

Would not shock me in the least to find a connection between this lone juror and Islamic faith

I’m not quite sure about that. Wouldn’t a jihadi type want to make him a martyr?

I think you are correct on that one Scott. The only was that I can even come *close* to justifying (read: still NO justification) what in the fuck the jurors were thinking, is to imagine that this was their thought process. Not that I’m saying *I* would have done the same, just trying not to need an airsick bag everytime I read a thread pertaining to this oh-so-wonderful topic. Execution would make him a martyr and further give this needledick, fuckwad what he wanted.

I read someplace recently that they are only considered “martyrs” if they die while attempting/succeeding in killing infidels. To be caught and then executed, especially since he himself was not directly responsible for any dead infidels would not make him a martyr since he didn’t even make an attempt to kill any of us.

If anyone knows where I read this, or if it’s true, feel free to add references!

I spent a month serving on a jury. There is always some petty-assed slimebag in the bunch. Their sole attempt at making themselves noticed. Personally I think they should try getting their names in the paper…in the obits.

First, I’ll share some links with you.
More NSA leaks are to come from a moonbat that really is a nutcase.
ACLU says prayer in school is ok….as long as it is Muslim prayer.
One person kept Moussaoui from death.
Now, you share your links …

No, the lone juror probably wasn’t a Muslim; he or she was most likely a left/liberal. Very few left-wing politicians will openly admit what they stand for and what they believe in during elections; most of them try to masquerade as moderates. Look at how John Kerry and Hillary Clinton have been posing as centrists over the last couple of years, for example.

With that in mind: Why would a left-wing juror in such a high-profile, precedent-setting case act any different, especially since that person would be able to live out the liberal fantasy of making a difference?
