Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler » Committing the Crimes that No Americans Will Commit

(Via LC & IB Bill Quick):

Congress also requested that we provide information on the criminal history of aliens incarcerated in federal and state prisons or local jails who had entered the country illegally. For a population of aliens that entered the country illegally and were incarcerated in federal or state prisons or local jails, this report addresses the following questions: (1) How many times have they been arrested? (2) How many and what type of criminal offenses have they been arrested for? (3) What states were they arrested in?

In our population study of 55,322 illegal aliens, we found that they were arrested at least a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8 arrests per illegal alien. Nearly all had more than 1 arrest. Thirty-eight percent (about 21,000) had between 2 and 5 arrests, 32 percent (about 18,000) had between 6 and 10 arrests, and 26 percent (about 15,000) had 11 or more arrests. Most of the arrests occurred after 1990. They were arrested for a total of about 700,000 criminal offenses, averaging about 13 offenses per illegal alien. One arrest incident may include multiple offenses, a fact that explains why there are nearly one and half times more offenses than arrests. Almost all of these illegal aliens were arrested for more than 1 offense. Slightly more than half of the 55,322 illegal aliens had between 2 and 10 offenses. About 45 percent of all offenses were drug or immigration offenses. About 15 percent were property-related offenses such as burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and property damage. About 12 percent were for violent offenses such as murder, robbery, assault, and sex-related crimes. The balance was for such other offenses as traffic violations, including driving under the influence; fraud–including forgery and counterfeiting; weapons violations; and obstruction of justice. Eighty percent of all arrests occurred in three states–California, Texas, and Arizona. Specifically, about 58 percent of all arrests occurred in California, 14 percent in Texas, and 8 percent in Arizona. [Emphases ours — Emp.M.]

Now ask us again if we really want to deport all of those people who are “just coming up here to work the jobs that no Americans will do?”

Preach to us again about how they’re “contributing to the economy” (we suppose that’s true if you’re a corrections officer needing a paycheck) and how they’ve “earned” the right to amnesty and a “path to citizenship.”

Sing a Kool-Aid song to us about how they deserve a “reasonable approach” (that’s Bushdrone Speak for “amnesty”) and how our society would utterly collapse if we were to load them on boxcars and send them south where they belong.

Then, once we’re done laughing hysterically at your incandescent idiocy, prepare for a withering retort.

Reasonable Approach? Bollocks to that. Put the Guard on the border with orders to shoot to kill in the case of any unauthorized border crossings. Machine guns, infantry, artillery, Armor, and the Army Aviation Branch (gotta love those attack choppers!), all locked & loaded with weapons hot. Vicente Pox does that on his southern border, why don’t we? First few coyotes who get blasted will be a message sent to the rest: Don’t breach our border, or you’ll be a burnt cinder.

I’m a retired Navy F-14 aviator/USNA grad from way back, and am now with the State Dept Foreign Service working at the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.

I see firsthand every day Mexicans who are TRYING to play by the rules and TRY to get a legitimate Immigrant Visa - many have waited up to 15 years for the opportunity to immigrate, and THEY are as, if not more, upset with the illegals in the US than native-born Americans are!

And I say - THESE Mexicans are the kind of people we WANT in America - NOT the “reconquistas” nor the “la Razas” but people who come here because they WANT to become real Americans.

We have a system that can work - but what ISN’T working is the ENFORCEMENT end of Immigration Laws by the very lawmakers in Washington to freakin’ WROTE the laws, along with those people who look the other way, give a “wink wink” and provide a job to an illegal.

This is a simple “supply-demand” issue - the “supply” is the Mexican, the “demand” is the employer - and if you want to curtail the “supply” ya gotta enforce the law and hammer those on the “demand” side - and I wait with baited breath for Dub’s Monday speech - and depending on what he says, it will determine the outcome of the November elections - to which I say “CLEAN HOUSE” and elect people with PRINCIPLE who will NOT give in to special interests, lobbyists, money, and will STAND for the Constitution of the United States and enforce the laws of the land.

459,614 less police reports having to be filled out on these criminals and processed through the courts.

Not to mention the cost of deporting these criminals after they serve their first sentence only to have them come back across to commit another crime so we can house and then deport them again.

The horror you must feel when dealing with analogies based on principles of freedom…

So more than 29% of all inmates of our prisons are law-abiding gunowners?

…instead of bizzare perceptions of scale.

Per the study, over 99% of illegal immigrants are otherwise law obiding. Blacks have roughly four times the imprisonment rate of illegal immigrants. Maybe we need to keep out the blacks. Compared to illegal immigrants, similar numbers of the rest of the US population managed to avoid prison. Should we try to keep out Americans, too?

Oh, and nice try equating a State law with a Federal one too.

You’re right. The gun laws in DC carry a much stiffer penalty and are clearly too much of a crime to be compared to the otherwise piddly illegal immigration, which is still only a federal civil offense. Let’s instead make a more equitable comparison: jaywalking.

Can’t find the link but in Arizona illegal aliens make up 27% of the prison population. Costs to maintain these criminals is approaching 200 million yearly.

As a tax payer it pisses me off to no end the amount of money we spend on illegal aliens. Something that I see all the time in healthcare is that the mother is not married to the father(s) of thier kids but they do live with them. The mother and kids (and sometimes the father) get on all kinds of welfare programs because they have no documented income but the father works for cash and pays the bills with money orders.

They get free food, housing, and healthhcare and have plenty of disposable income because they don’t pay taxes. I can’t tell you how many times I have been standing in line at the grocery store and watched an hispanic family (kids running wild) pay with food stamps and then by 100 dollars in lottery tickets.

And if one thinks it is just a border problem think again. I have seen Medicaid cards with Mexican addresses on them. Mailed to them by the state. When asked if they were here illegally the answer has always been yes.

One estimate is that every illegal alien takes $52,000 dollars more in their lifetime in welfare/tax money more than they contribute. Could it really cost $52,000 per illegal to toss their asses out of the country? Round em up. All 12 million. The cost will be far less than allowing them to stay.

    Sorry for the long screed.

I have always been a believer in personal responsibility and choices. In this case, the have broken in to our country…..yes, broken in, as in illegal entry. Then ransacking it via welfare, medical and educational systems. I am just one man….but here in Kalofornia let me run a few thoughts by people. Illegals help me, huh? By reducing prices? Well, that nickel I saved on a head of lettice dosn’t compare with the buck or so an hour I lose at work. Many are willing to do my job, fortunately they cannot legally drive, and cannot speak the language. But help the economy, huh? Tell that to my former car insurance company. The one that paid out six thousand bucks to repair my car after some asshole, read illegal, rear ened me at fifty miles per hour when I was doing ten. Tell that to the doctors treating my wife to the tune of three grand in the same accident. And lo’ and behold, the insurance company cannot find this guy. The same one whose first words to me after the wreck were, “I don’t have insurance…” I called the CHP. And the cops let him go…no shit. No insurance, no tags on his car and I believed his license to be phony. He tried to talk me out of it, I filed charges. He was due in Superior Court. Now a bench warrant was issued they cannot serve in Mexico. And that’s not all. How about the family across the street, the ones with a dozen rusting hulks in their back yard, having been removed from the front due to complaints. The same assholes putting a small dent in my truck backing out a trailer. The same people that let their pit cross kill two kittens in my neighbors front yard, in front of their kids. The same dog that went after my wife, me going after the dog, with an intent to kill. I told the cops straight to their faces “I gotta’ twelve guage in there that can deal with that dog….and I’ll use it. Next time it may not be the fucking dog!”
They got rid of the animal…..
Oh yes, I just love these people, paragons of virtue, social responsibility and duty. The rob, burglarize and do as they will, having literally nothing to lose, in any venue.
I don’t want these people here, most of them live like animals, they are cruel to each other, their animals…and have no respect for the law. For such supporting their entry….I want their plywood shacks in YOUR front yard, their vicious dogs going after YOUR kids….then we MAY have something to talk about.

Cost estimates incarcerating these people for 2002 through 2003:

    2) State prison systems expended $2 billion ($1.6 billion divided by .8)

The study is biased and can only be applied to illegal aliens who have been arrested. Although every alien who came into the country illegally is a criminal I don’t think we can use the correlation that all illegal aliens are committing additional crimes.

Well, if that was his point, then it would help if he’d stick to it. Then we could start talking about whether or not they make up a disproportionately large percentage of the prison population and whether this was significant or not.

That would be a conversation worth having.

However, all I’ve seen so far is a bunch of bitching about the “unfairness” of immigration laws, laws that I happen to agree could and ought to be streamlined quite a bit, used as justification for breaking the law.

And, at the end of the day, no matter how we twist and spin it, the 55,000 inmates in this study remain 55,000 inmates that we wouldn’t have to feed and clothe if our laws were enforced.

But yes, if there’s a coherent point to be made, by all means make it, Tuesday.

How many can be deported for 1.6 billion? I’ll drive the train with the boxcars for free. Hell, I’d even pay to do it.

In some prisons the illegals exceed 40%. I have a feeling numbers are softened as not to outrage the American people. I wouldn’t be surprised if at least 50% were illegals. I wonder how many people are in prisons that were their parents anchor baby? They wouldn’t be classified as illegals but I have a feeling there’s no shortage of them. Many of our gangbangers here in LA were anchor babies.

In regards to the cost of illegals……

Here in CA public schools get $10,000 per student from the taxpayers. We’ll disregard for the moment the results we get from the 10 grand. We have at least 100,000 children of illegals in our public schools throughout CA. The nuber is probably much greater but at 100,000 illegal children that costs us CA taxpayers $10,000,000,000 (10 BILLION!). We have a fuckin’ free-for-all out here at taxpayers expense. Illegals in total probably cost CA somewhere around $50 Billion a year! I’ve posted before that illegals now (nationwide) cost the American taxpayer nearly $500 BILLION!!! Are we trying to bankrupt ourselves, change our society, destroy our schools, healthcare services and create a massive poverty class that will be able to wield it’s socialist views at the ballot box? Or are we just fuckin’ stupid?

The politicians that have let this happen deserve an ass-kicking of Biblical proportions. And they might just get it if they don’t stop the madness in break-neck speed.

    No!

Why waste the money deporting them when shooting them dead on the spot is so much cheaper?

Its not like these invading criminals have Constitutional rights… Or do they?

Imagine a national network of experienced lawyers available to illegal aliens, free of charge, to sue government at the local, state, and national levels to obtain housing, education, welfare, and other governmental benefits. Imagine further that this national network of lawyers was also available to lobby, participate in referenda campaigns, and provide public relations services on behalf of their illegal alien clientele, again free of charge because the network was largely subsidized with federal funds. For good measure, imagine that this network of activist lawyers was also available to fight deportation of illegal aliens, even those with serious criminal records

Note the following from City Journal’s Heather MacDonald: Yet in cities where the crime these aliens commit is highest, the police cannot use the most obvious tool to apprehend them: their immigration status

    (skip)

The LAPD’s ban on immigration enforcement mirrors bans in immigrant-saturated cities around the country, from New York and Chicago to San Diego, Austin, and Houston. These “sanctuary policies” generally prohibit city employees, including the cops, from reporting immigration violations to federal authorities

So where are the laws regarding aiding & abetting crime and why aren’t they being enforced? Every state has them but what are the various state’s attorneys general doing?

Note the following: Tuesday’s municipal elections in Herndon, Virginia, were about one issue and one issue only: illegal immigration. Last year, in the face of overwhelming public opposition, the mayor and a majority on the town council approved a publicly funded day labor hiring center that is used almost exclusively by illegal alien workers. It will be a decision they will long regret, according to an immigration reform group.

On Tuesday, all but one local officeholder — including the mayor — who backed the illegal alien hiring center received pink slips from the voters.

Heading the list of those given the gate by Herndon voters was incumbent Mayor Michael O’Reilly who resolutely ignored public opposition to accommodating illegal alien laborers who strain municipal services, disrupt civic life, and undermine legitimate businesses and contractors in the northern Virginia municipality.

Joining Mayor O’Reilly on the unemployment line is nearly every member of the town council who voted to use public funds to construct and operate the hiring center.

We see this kind of thing all the time. And it’s OUR job as consular officers to STOP them, most of the time we do!

Also, quick comment on dogs here in Mexico - I’ve got my two biggest rotties, Tango and Brittany, here with me, a stray puppy found its way into the house, has been here now for two weeks, T and B are being very good to it, the stray looks like a cross between a shepard and a RAT (ugly face, so ugly she’s cute!), can’t think of a name for her yet - bottom line is Mexicans seem to enjoy dogfights, lots of strays here who live off garbage, no animal control or shelters that I’m aware of, even owners of dogs don’t seem to pay much attention to them.

Another observation - I’m REALLY concerned about the Reconquistas out there - the Mexicans who really believe that the SW US was “stolen” from them and want it back - can you imagine if this were to happen? And afterward, wonder how good their government and society would be - like Mexico?????

Then, if all those Reconquistas want to come to, say, North Carolina, does this make them illegals?????

GODDAMMIT!!! Timing is indeed everything. I have jsut been the attempted victim of a crime. To be more precise, a rip off. My house, being old, has a garage in back facing an alley. An alley strewn with old trailers with transient fruit pickers living there. It is well known for the beer bottles, mariachi music at four am and thefts. Walking to my wooden shed attacked to the garage, sunlight where it shouldn’t be, some boards torn off. But my generators were still there, my two truck tires still there, gas still there…a quick inventory.
Somebody had torn two of the boards off, but the cross bracing thwarted their entry. My neighbor Howard woke up, when they saw the light they took off. As my wife says..”Kent don’t build cheap.”
Repairs are being affected. Big, tough, very sturdy repairs. I got a little surprise next time….good luck kicking this in, assholes…I gotta’ go do that now.
The Other Half, smiling, suggested…..”Why don’t you get a picture of the shotgun and tape it to the fence?”
Ya’ know…it took me a year to talk her into it, but I’m glad she married me…..

I’m worried too, RobH, very worried. The liberals seem to be willing to ignore it for the time being, especially those wanting a socialist society. But when I said most of them live like animals I mean’t it. No insult to our barnyard friends intended. Cockfighting is done here, the cops busting folks all the time. I was sick at heart when soem Mexican asshole was picked up for feeing his pit bull kittens….after feeding him meat stuffed full of jalipenos. Dog fighting, horse tripping, just letting your animals roam wild. And these are going to assimilate into our society? Even the Borg couldn’t pull that one off. As I say, I view them as animals in half the cases.

Thank you for that info. It’s nice to know that there are still people willing to do the right thing. I know it was just 7, and they may have come back when his shift ended and applied again, but at least he tried.

As far as the Reconquistas out there, I worry also. I don’t think it will be a massive land grab. I figure they go for San Diego, Tuscon, and El Paso to get a foothold, with L.A., Phoenix and the plains of Texas as a buffer zone. It will happen without most of the population even realizing it happened till they see the Mexrag on all the flag poles.

It’s all about assimilation - if Mexicans want to come here legally to become Americans in every respect, more power to them - just learn English, become part of this great country, and we’ll be more than happy to take you in.
Though I always wonder if we the US are just Mexico’s “enablers” - taking in Mexicans here doesn’t SOLVE Mexico’s corruption, structural problems, nationalized industries that could do so much better by privatizing, and all these Mexican problems are what’s forcing them to come to the U.S. in the first place!

Forgive me if I missed it, but I have yet to see anyone make the obvious argument that- “The laws are unfair, so we change the laws. Until then- we ENFORCE the laws we have.” Not too hard to understand, from where I sit. Same thing with what is probably a pet project of many libs- the marijuana laws. Until the law is changed, you go to jail. Don’t like it, petitions, letters to lawmakers, lobbyists, etc etc- we have ways to address these things. They do NOT include ignoring the laws for convenience or because you don’t agree with them. CLOSE THE BORDERS and then reform immigration laws. If immigrants are that vital to our economy, it won’t take long for it to become obvious, and not much longer for the congresscritters to make laws to get the tax dollars flowing their way. Oh, and my “sauce for the goose” solution? When we DO deport illegals, send them back with a pamphlet on “How to Revolt, and Improve Life in YOUR Third-World Shithole.” Pictures, and text in Spanish, of course.

The reason they will not try to change the laws is because citizen’s want even stricter laws, not laxer.

Remember, even here in Kalifornia, Proposition 187 passed by a large majority, only to be gutted to uselessness by the courts. The only way for illegal immigration to stay at it is, is to ignore the laws. The damn city of Los Angeles, San Fransico, San Diego and others even pass laws saying to ignore the law. How that can be legal is beyond me.

Nothing will be done on our borders with this illegal alien bootlicking President currently in office. After the recent illegal alien protests the country was incensed and what was El Bushito’s response? To round up about 1000 illegals who were released. One big fuckin’ dog & pony show. Has anyone heard of any other roundups? I haven’t. Bushito thought if he did this one act of enforcing our immigration laws we would drop the issue and go back to watching baseball and drinking beer. Our Head Sombrero Bushito is now trying to up the ante since we’re still outraged and demand action. So now he’ll give a speech and make empty promises along the lines of his daddy, “read my lips: I will not raise taxes”. I won’t be watching this farce; I’ll be watching the borders to see if there are any new developments there. All this motherfucker does is talk. If it weren’t for his policy towards islamofascists abroad I would say not only should he be impeached but thrown out of the country with Clintonista and Dhimmi Carter. I hope the alphabet channels don’t even air this laughable speech. There was a bill about a year ago, maybe longer that called for a paltry extra 3,000 border patrolmen. El Bushito Dumbfuckanero would only authorize 1,000. This miserable fuck has no interest in securing our borders and enforcing our immigration laws. He just wants to quell the anger.

[…] As I calmed down over a cup of coffee (Dunn Bothers Coffee had a booth nearby), I realized that this is the anger felt by legal immigrants like Misha and Kim du Toit all the time. They followed the rules, and are being made out as fools because of it. Worse, they are being called mean-spirited and hateful for insisting that the rules that they followed be enforced. […]

If they want to immigrate, I have no problem with that. None whatsoever. That’s how I got here myself.

Just get in line with everybody else.

I’ve got an analogy. I went to Taste Addison yesterday. Because the tickets stated the rule:NO CHAIRS, I left my collapsible chairs in the trunk. I posted my experience here.

Those who obey the rules have and should have a genuine grievance over those who break them. Lax enforcement of one law leads almost inevitably to more serious lawbreaking.

    Day Without Immigrants….Boycott Results:

On May 1st, as a result of the Mexican boycott, officially dubbed “A Day Without Immigrants”, national retailers reported 4.2% lower sales for the day, with a 67.8% reduction in shoplifting….

No mention whether Sosa was Mexican or Honduran - caught that on the video.
Not that it matters - he came through illegally through Texas - didn’t say where in Texas, though.

    Porous borders??? You betcha!

Two human beings in Nashville would be ALIVE today had we been able to enforce the borders - but thankfully the Border Patrol had this dirtbag’s fingerprints from a previous attempted illegal entry.

These people won’t stop trying to enter until they’re looking down the barrel of a gun.

From OUR side of the border.

I agree and have said the same. Actually, if I recall correctly RobH, I think you mentioned you were in Mexico? If that’s the case US barrels should be facing south and Mexico’s should be facing south as well instead of north at our border patrol who they’ve shot at while escorting the drug and people smugglers. But unfortunately Mexico is only concerned about controlling its southern border with Guatemala. Its northern border is the valve for exporting their poor and downtrodden. Oh if only Mexicans would scream bloody murder of their corrupt politicians and demand reform. They should be screaming Revolucion! in Mexico NOT in the US. Cries for revolucion here will not be welcomed and could very well lead to consequences they didn’t envision while acting like ingrates.

Appolyon - yup, I’m in Ciudad Juarez, apparently one of the most dangerous cities in Mexico - heavy drug cartel influence, plenty of murders, a city of about 4 Million, yet I feel pretty safe - having two very large, intimidating Rottweilers who scare the daylights out of my Mexican neighbors probably helps!

Ya know, I had a discussion this past week with a few of my coworkers here, and we concluded that we could shut the border down within a week, if the United States had the “huevos rancheros” to put people with guns on the border with orders to “shoot to kill” - this would completely STOP both illegals AND the drug traffic.

It’s so easy, yet politically, apparently very hard.

And I’m absolutely with you on the need for Mexicans to start shouting “enough” of the corruption, business as usual politics here, one can only hope that it begins, but I’m not very optimistic - Fox’s term ends and there’s the Presidential election in July, but most Mexicans I’ve talked to say that it doesn’t really matter who is elected (with the exception of AMLO - Sr. Lopez Obrador - former mayor of Mexico City - a lefty - and in the mold of Hugo Chavez of Venezuela) - the people who live here realize that the whole system is corrupt, there’s nothing they can do about it, and thus they try to come to the US.

Part of me feels for these folks, another part of me says “hey, it’s YOUR COUNTRY - just stay there and UNFUCK IT!”
