Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler » Let’s Be Polite to the Ones Trying to Murder Us

LC & IB Ace, for reasons unknown to anybody but himself, has had enough of the “hate speech crap”:

No more veiled or not so velied threats of violence against reporters, liberals, etc.

His blog, his rules.

As to myself, I’m sorry if I can’t find it in myself to claim the moral “high” ground here. You see, when journaljizzmers decide, deliberately and after having thought about it for a while, to place the lives of myself and, more importantly, my wife and children in greater danger than they were before, I’m having a hard time not taking it personally.

No, I don’t give a flying fuck about their motives. I couldn’t give less of a shit about their pissing and bleating about “public interest” if I spent 12 years at Indifference University getting a doctorate in caring less, all I care about is the fact that their treasonous actions placed the lives of myself and my loved ones in greater jeopardy.

If you’re a journaljizzmer working for one of those rags, just keep it a secret if you’re around me, m’kay?

Because if I find out that you are, I’m going to jam my fist so far down your throats that I can pull your livers out.

And I will.

That’s only my plan,, it’s not hate speech,, really.

    So now what?

No more, “tree, rope, reporter - some assembly required” over at Ace?…

Hmmm, does someone else note the stench of lawyer in the air or is it just me?

Why don’t we just uncover and publish information about NYT employees that they felt they didn’t want revealed. Home addresses, kids names and ages, phone numbers. After all, as al-Keller has tought me, if I feel it’s in the “public interest” I can publish any info I wish no matter how much it might endanger other people. No violence or “hate speach.” Just fulfilling the people’s right to know who’s selling their lives to al-Qaeda just to score a few talking points against the President.

I’m no journalist, but being a restaurant critic is my dream job. Think about it. You get paid to go out and eat, then tell everybody how bad it was.

Nothing wrong with hatred, as long as it is anchored in the love of something good.

  7. juandos Comment by juandos UNITED STATES

Well maybe there is an upside to hatred after all…

I mean I know this won’t be considered politically correct or even in good taste but maybe the barking moonbats are seeing the light and doing something about it:
UC Santa Cruz chancellor dies in suicide plunge

UC Santa Cruz Chancellor Denice Denton, apparently despondent over work and personal issues, died Saturday after she jumped from the roof of a 42-story San Francisco apartment building, police said. Denton’s partner, Gretchen Kalonji, has an apartment in the building, property records show

    Denice Denton

Then again the reason for the suicide could be due to the fact that some wag bought a mirror for this gal and that’s all it took to push her over the edge…

It does kind of stink like a lawyer was involved.

But, from the comments over there, gays are a hot topic to alot of commenters. Namely they repeat themselves in thier hatred.

Juan, Chris just told me about that.

Here is a story on it.

Turns out she used to teach in Madison.

What I want to know is, why did most, if not all, of the people who said nice things about her, happen to be from OTHER colleges?

BTW very late term abortion is not funny.

Well, as far as the leftists go, when one of their own becomes a campus administrator, it’s time for them to turn the knives on that person because “they’ve sold out for the money” and they’re going to push the University to be more like a business and be more conservative.

I kid you not. I go to school at SIU, and our Chancellor is a conservative, born-again Christian. The leftists have done everything to try to make his life a living hell short of throwing him off of the Brush Towers (the tallest buildings in Southern Illinois by far, almost 275 feet tall).

I’d investigate this one to see if it was a suicide. Are things as bad as Horowitz says they are? In some ways, I’d say they’re worse.

No. Considering the danger that he’s placed us all in, the proper punishment would be to strap him to a chair, make an incision from his sternum to his groin and watch him trying to keep his intestines from falling out.

Make sure his hands are tied to piano strings wrapped around his neck.

Nothing wrong with insisting on civility. Even among enemies. If Ahmedinnerplate and Ding-Dong-Il were incarcerated in Leavenworth, even awaiting the gallows they’d be treated with diplomatic deference.

Of course, one of the core tenets of The Empire is distaste for such niceties. Which is fine. Reasonable people can disagree on how they deal with unreasonable people.

Just a word of advice sweety…try Hane’s Her Way’s, they don’t bunch as bad, and you really should get rid of the lace garters. Those things itch to high heaven and they don’t do a damn thing to make those thighs look any better. It just might improve your mood just a tad.

fraydog, I think you overstate things. Your new President is a decent man. I expect he’ll calm the waters, at least a bit.

AS FOR THE REST OF YOU ALL

Seriously. Regular posters will recognize my moniker. I make no apologies. I also think there have to be lines. There also have to be consequences. If the NY Times jumps across the line, they need to be called on it.

That said, this is NOT a black and white issue. The circumstance may be way across the line - it’s too soon though and impossible right now to cut through the crap on both sides. But the issue itself needs to be addressed here.

Reporters are not - inherently - the enemy of freedom. They are in fact, to all true Americans, important guardians of our liberty. That said - they need to be held to account. Just like Congress and just like the President.

But this “tree, rope, reporter; some assembly required” crap needs to be called out for what it is - fascist bullshit and plainly un-American.

Stalin was real good at keeping reporters on the party line. He simply killed them if they didn’t write what they were told. Same with Hitler, same with Mao. Same with Kim Jong Il these days and yes, same with Saddam Hussein. You getting a pattern here?

We, as citizens, have the responsibility to discipline the press when they cross the line. Just as with politicians, they - or more accurately, the editors and publishers they work for - are sensitive to public opinion.

But it is just goddamn un-American, anti-freedom, to be against all reporters across the board. These guys are on our side! They need to be reminded of it and sure, they have assholes in their lot just like every other group. But if you love this country and the freedoms and personal liberty our soldiers have died for, for 230 years, you have to realize it’s a balance. And we have a role to play.

So…fire away. Be angry at me and at the idiot reporter who, in this case may - may - have crossed the line. But you know I’m right.

…These guys are on our side!…

    Bullshit. Plain, unadulterated bullshit.

    F.L.

What the difference between a “journalist” and any one of the rest of us passing on information to our enemies?

NYT and the LAT are only going public about it, cloaked in their “rights”.

Truly, if I were an employee at the NSA and had tipped off A-Q to this same info, you damn well know that I’d be sitting in jail right now.

Sorry, I’m not willing to sacrifice my child to “principles”. I want my child to live in a peaceful world, and sometimes that only comes through force.

    Too bad.
