And it is simply too cool to not link:

Dammam, Asharq Al-Awsat- Members of Khobar’s Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice were the victims of an attack by two Saudi females, Asharq Al-Awsat can reveal. According to the head of the commission in Khobar, two girls pepper sprayed members of the commission after they had tried to offer them advice.Head of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in the Eastern province Dr. Mohamed bin Marshood al-Marshood, told Asharq Al Awsat that two of the Commission’s employees were verbally insulted and attacked by two inappropriately-dressed females, in the old market in Prince Bandar street, an area usually crowded with shoppers during the month of Ramadan.

According to Dr. Al-Marshood, the two commission members approached the girls in order to “politely” advice and guide them regarding their inappropriate clothing.

Knowing a bit about the definition that the Allahfascist nutjobs of the Virtue Gestapo uses for “polite”, His Majesty’s only regret is that the two ladies in question weren’t properly equipped to respond in an appropriate and deserved fashion.

High velocity lead injections would work nicely, if you ask us.

Way to go, ladies!!!

Sir, this has GOT to be the best yet coming out of a middle east state! Do I dare think that the citizens of these states are, just perhaps, starting to wake up!?! :em95: Really though, a “crackdown” is more likely to be the result of this event, and the “polite” part of addressing the issue will be replaced by even more brutality. But still, t’was refreshing for a moment…

I expect the Tragic Kingdom to immediately ban female possession of pepper spray.

For their own good, of course.

Here’s an idea….. we sponsor the troops so how about a weapons drive for Uppity Muslim Women/Girls?

Just think, every pissed-off Muslim woman with a .45 is who knows how many less goat/child/fruit-raping potential splodeydopes! Not even the United Numbnuts can object to providing women in Turd World Nations with a viable self defence!

I might myself pleased with this notion, and rather aroused.

Wouldn’t it be funny if we had a “Hotties of the Saudi resistance” to go with the perrenial feature “Hotties of the IDF”?

Everyone knows that firearms are +3 Hotness for females.

Their families had better be very powerful, otherwise they are not safe, or won’t be once the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice enforcers find them.

I wonder if you can buy fashion magazines in Saudi Arabia? Never saw a girl yet who could resist one entirely. And those things are chock full of images and messages that Muslim men would find upsetting. I would be all for encouraging a black market trade in women’s magazines, if they are banned over there.

Feminism is the undoing of patriarchal cultures. As I have said before, enlighten and arm the women (all women, old and young) - give them access to birth control and show them that they are as worthwhile as men. Then sit back and watch the fun. They definitely are already having problems keeping some of their women in line, as the pepper spray episode proves (kudos, girls, that took a LOT of guts!)

That’s something we should be doing in Iraq - firearms training for women. I suspect the State Department suckweasels would disapprove, but that’s all the more reason…

Sad thing is that they were probably dressed no more provocatively than a high school math teacher here in the US.

I like the idea of a gun drive for them.
does this remind anyone of the movie “V for vendeta” when the girl gets stopped by the virtue police (fingermen) and she says shes sorry and they threaten to make her the sorriest or sorest woman in London. that is what those girls thought and were afraid of. because allah mandates that women be treated like shit.

This renaissance of the female can go one of two ways - the fragile muslim ego may be dragged kicking and screaming into enlightenment by time itself, or incidents like this will wake some moderate savages into rebelling against the rebellion.
I say it gets worse before it gets better. We had our stodgy parents’ values to contend with, but they have a society embedded in a religion that is against, well, everything.
I wanted to see Mecca nuked, but I’ll settle for it being staffed by scantily clad women.

Victim: “Yes! They were dressed in a burqa. It was black, and it had a fishnet screen over their eyes.”

Officer: “Do you think you could help our sketch artist?”

Very nice tactical point. The Ladies in the Middle East are forced to hide thier bodies, thier faces, and just about everything else. Perfect camouflage for blending seemlessly into the cultural background. Hell, the whole point is to make the women go completely unnoticed and marginalize them as individuals.

Those ladies have been issued the perfect camouflage, and forced to wear it. A womans rebellion could be absolutely devestating in its scope and magnitude. Which one of the blackclad shapes in the kitchen are slipping antifreeze into your Orange juice? Which woman was it who peppersprayed, kneed, or stabbed you in the park? Which daughter killed dad?

The most talked about ability concerning an insurgency is its’ inherent ability to slip in and out of the population at large. You never know who is freindly, and who is about to attack you.

Now there’s an idea concerning more then woman that really turns me on.

MegaTroopX: No, I hadn’t, so I just went and read it, thanks. God I hate government fricking paperwork like that - especially when it gets you nowhere but allows the government easy access to even more of your personal information. The bad thing is that some scholarship programs require you to have filed a FAFSA, even if the scholarship is merit based and not based on income. That is the only reason we jumped through that particular hoop. I’m trying to find an alternate phrase that fits the term FAFSA. Any suggestions? F’s are always inspirational, and a good starting point.
