Ah Toby. I don’t know if many people know this but Toby originally wasn’t going to release “Angry American”. He only played it at USO shows and such for active duty military audiences. Gen.Jones, then Commandant of the Marine Corps approached him after hearing and told him he had to release it, that the American people needed a song for the Long War like “Over There” was for WWI.

So he released it and he rest is, as they say, is history.

    Well now that’s most excellent!

What the heck else can we say about Toby Keith?

Now thanks to Hot Air we have this Brit Hume smack down of Murthafucker

HUME: That sound bite from John Murtha suggests that it’s time a few things be said about him. Even the “Washington Post” noted he didn’t seem particularly well informed about what’s going on over there, to say the least. Look, this man has tremendous cachet among House Democrats, but he is not — this guy is long past the day when he had anything but the foggiest awareness of what the heck is going on in the world.
And that sound bite is naivete at large, and the man is an absolute fountain of such talk, and the fact that he has ascended to the position he has in the eyes of the Democrats in the House and perhaps Democrats around the country tells you a lot about how much they know or care about what’s really going on over there.
WILLIAMS: He’s chairman of the subcommittee, House Appropriations. He’ll have a lot to say about what Mara was just discussing
HUME: A lot of it will be …

This was loudly belted out at Rottfest,
    YEAH!

I’m thinkin’ this was the country song that first pushed the ditzy chiks into full fledged moonbatasia.

The Short Fat One came up with the FUTK shirt,,lying that it stood for friendship, understanding, truth, kindness.
‘Wonder what any of these properties had to do with her..

The ditzy’s were raggin’ all over his writing style on an interview, then later, as Toby was given a chance to respond, came the question ” Toby, what do you think of their writing style?”
Ever the gentleman, Toby smiled politely and said “Well, they purchase all their songs from writers, so, until they write one, there’ just not that much to talk about.”

    BooYah

You people still supporting troops that rape 14-year olds and murder entire families to cover it up?

Nice. You should be very proud of yourselves.

I used to think I could support some of the troops without supporting the rapists and murderers, but the Right-wing told me that was “nuanced” thinking, and I had to support all of them (and the US mission) or none of them.

I think most of us don’t care what consenting adults do in the privacy of their bedroom.

It’s when you try to force “acceptance” down someone’s throat is when people might have a tad problem with it, especially when it goes against their personal beliefs.

And that ain’t fear or “phobia”, because people disagree about the lifestyle choices some make in their lives.

If it was up to me, there’d be about 2,000 married couples in America (the ones who were both truly in love with each other). I don’t have to agree with the rest of them to accept them.
Or are you saying I don’t have to accept the rest of these “fraud” marriages either?

So you agree that someone can be against the Iraq War while still supporting the troops?

Yes, but only if they are for victory. Once the shooting starts and the troops are in harms way the time for debate ends. If you try to undercut the war effort, you are giving aid and comfort to the enemy and are most definitely NOT supporting the troops. Or perhaps yer idea of supporting them is the same as Murthafuckers “slow bleed”?

    Bert,
Let em explain something to you, I’ll make it real simple so your feeble mind can grasp it.

You have a right to your own opinion however fucked up it is. By generalizing all serving men and women into a group then calling, into light the actions of a few soldiers out of the hundreds of thousands who have rotated through Iraq and Afghanistan, you show ignorance and juvenile thought.

Second, The thread is about Murtha and Pilousi who are traitors. They took an oath, I know you have no idea what that means.

I, Loyal Citizen of the Republic, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God

Some part of true faith and allegiance you don’t understand? Or our leaders “Giving Aid and Comfort”
here is a list of Pilousy comments:

I’m endorsing what Mr. Murtha is saying…I believe that a majority of our caucus clearly supports Mr. Murtha…and let’s be clear about what it is Mr. Murtha said, ‘Yes, let’s bring the troops home.” (Press Conference, 11/30/05)

“[Zarqawi’s] death does not alter the fact that our brave men and women in uniform are fighting a war of choice in which the President sent our troops into harm’s way without a plan for victory and without leveling with the American people,” she complained.

    Friday, June 9, 2006 12:39 a.m. EDT

“Bush is an incompetent leader. In fact, he’s not a leader,” Pelosi said. “He’s a person who has no judgment, no experience and no knowledge of the subjects that he has to decide upon.”

“He has on his shoulders the deaths of many more troops, because he would not heed the advice of his own State Department of what to expect after May 1 when he … declared that major combat is over,” Pelosi charged. “The shallowness that he has brought to the office has not changed since he got there.”

“The situation in Iraq and the reckless economic policies in the United States speak to one issue for me, and that is the competence of our leader,” Pelosi said. “These policies are not working. But speaking specifically to Iraq, we have a situation where — without adequate evidence — we put our young people in harm’s way.”

Such a tired argument, go wander back to KOS.

    ozzman,
I know what an oath is. I saw Bush take one to uphold and protect the Constitution of The United States. Fat lot of good that oath did.

    To your point:
So no matter how badly a war is fought, and how badly it might be going, there is no place for criticism?
Forget Iraq for a second. I’m asking about any war being fought.
So as my confused leader (hypothetically, not Bush) leads the troops to total defeat (hypothetically, not the Iraq War), I’m not patriotic unless I clap louder?
I’m a traitor if I disagree at all with how the war is being fought?
This sounds like it might be a suicide pact.

I might agree with you if I could find a leader who never makes mistakes, but they only let me vote for humans.

Plenty of place for criticism if it’s constructive with the goal being to actually WIN the war. Ain’t seen none of that type of criticism from the left. Only cut and run defeatism when we are in fact winning the war. Unfortunately for the Dems, winning in Iraq means them losing at home. So, they willingly choose the side of our enemies. Real Dense, not only are you clueless, you don’t even have a Clue Holder™. The US is one of the few nations that actively prosecute soldiers who commit crimes. By using the bad example of a few to smear the integrity of the overwhelming majority of our troops you show your true concern: your hatred of American GI’s.

If you are so concerned with the conduct of soldiers, where is your voice, your outrage while UN Piece Keepers are raping women all over the Third World?

UN peacekeepers have been accused of sexual abuse in missions from Bosnia and Kosovo to Cambodia, East Timor, Somalia, West Africa and Congo. Last year the UN investigated approximately 150 allegations of sexual abuse by UN staff and peacekeepers in the Congo, including rape, prostitution and pedophilia.

That’s 150 incidents reported in the Congo alone! Using the feminists’ argument that rape is under reported (only one out of 4 rapes is reported to authorities) that means that there were at least 600 such incidents in the Congo. Throw in to the mix brute intimidation faced by these women and a government in chaos; it most assuredly is in the thousands for this single nation.

Take all the other locations and you may have countless instances of rape, forced prostitution and child molestation by representatives of the United Nations.

You embarrass your self in your ignorance and don’t even have the sense to be shamed. Some left wing web-hole shoves a wild hair up your ass and you go charging off in a junior high school rush to a conservative site like it’s your first promise of piece of ass. And like that first promise you end up making a mess in your hand.

Those American GI’s are getting hammered for their crimes and rightfully so. Aren’t you concerned about what happened to the UN soldiers who do the same thing? What was done regarding their crimes? Answer: not much at all.

The U.N. has promised to investigate and prosecute the widespread allegations. But, as WND reported last month, the global organization is not known for its forthrightness and candor in such internal investigations. The agency has been criticized for ignoring evidence or wrongdoing in the past – including accusations of rape and murder by “peacekeepers.”

Nothing new here people, keep moving. Except for Real Dense. Squat here a while, child, and compare the efforts of the US military in clearing out the very few bad apples in our armed forces with those efforts of the UN.

In fact, previous revelations of peacekeeping abuses have only been revealed by news organizations. Such was the case in Cambodia in the early 1990s and later in Somalia, Bosnia and Ethiopia.

The UN doesn’t investigate itself, it exonerates, pontificates and then wrings its useless hands. Why? Because the UN has to beg for troops:

The UN has lots of rules, but not much in the way of enforcement. The UN can demand that a nation withdraw a peacekeeping unit in which troops disobey the rules. But this can get tricky, as the nation in question can either proclaim the innocence of its troops, or threaten to stop providing peacekeepers. The UN is always having trouble getting nations to contribute peacekeepers. Getting many nations to discipline their troops up to Western standards as well, may be a hard sell.

In effect the UN sets the stage for abuse of civilians by its peacekeepers. It is powerless to stop the abuse because the nation supplying the abusers can simply pick up its toys and go home.

Back in 1997, there were reports Belgian U.N. troops roasted a Somali boy. A military court reportedly sentenced two paratroopers to a month in jail and a fine of 200 pounds for the offense.

But they had to surrender all the left over BBQ sauce and paper plates.

The pattern of abuse was not confined to Belgian troops. Belgium was actually the third country in the peacekeeping group to charge troops with serious crimes against Somali citizens — including rape, torture and murder. In 1995, a group of Canadian paratroopers were investigated for torturing a Somali to death and killing three others.

Everyone gets in the act Real Dense, everyone. You’re just the only one that doesn’t catch on…

Gruesome photos were published in a Milan magazine of Italian soldiers torturing a Somali youth and abusing and raping a Somali girl. Paratroopers claim they were specifically trained in methods of torture to aid interrogation. According to one witness, Italian soldiers tied a young Somali girl to the front of an armored personnel carrier and raped her while officers looked on.

Hey Real Dense, you gonna protest in front of the bookie joint down in Little Italy? How about giving up marinara and pesto sauce for awhile?

And in a December 2004 report:

…the report cites three cases of alleged rape by Nepalese peacekeepers, including the alleged abduction and rape of a 10-year-old girl in a U.N. armored personnel carrier in April.

And just what is it about armored personnel carriers and horny UN troops? It’s like they climb into twelve tons of steel and imagine they’re in my friend’s 1966 GTO.

Jeez, I missed the troll fest….something called work got in the way. You should try it sometime bert.

How lovely of you to lump all 130,000 troops in with the actions of 3 or 4 of the malcontents. How Oh so non-judgmental of you. So how close have you come to either serving with or working with those that you call rapists and murderers? Do you KNOW any military members? or are they below your social standards…you know, too honest and moral and…gasp….patriotic….for you? You’d probably rather hang out with the dope smoking, STD ravaged, chronically unemployed, state supported, fetus aborting, Code Pink babes eh?….see? I can generalize too. But I’m wrong in my stereotypes, because there ARE no babes in Code Pink.

    F*** the troops!!

Something tells me that you don’t have the balls to say that to their faces, unless you’re in one of those screaming “Bush lied” monument defacing herds of traitors that your side call heroes. There’s nothing intelligent, or heroic, or decent in saying something like that about Americans who are laying their lives on the line to bring freedom to a part of the world that desperately needs to pulled out of the dark ages.

I don’t even know you man, but I hate you. I hate you for what you say about our troops, and I hate you for coming here and saying it. There is a world of difference between them and you, and yes…there are some bad eggs in the military, and they routinely get more severe punishment for their crimes that they would if they were civilians.

The BIGGEST difference between our military members and the “people” on your side is this:

Our armed service members believe in and defend something MUCH larger and more important than their own selves. They believe in and defend YOUR right to say (though you’re not man enough to say it to their faces) “F*** you”, all too often giving their lives and futures so you can sit on your ass and crap all over the sacrifices they make.

As for the F** the troops stuff, I’m just showing how stupid that whole “you can’t support the troops if you are against the war” thing looks when you spell it all out.

I don’t buy that lie berty, I’m pretty sure that you meant that. Up here in Washington state, I see the “patriots” of your side as they protest at the gates of Ft. Lewis and Camp Murray, as they wave baby killer signs and spit on the buses bringing our troops HOME from the war. That really shows support, what an heroic act of patriotism….

So now that I’ve caught up with the troll fest, I would warn you about one thing berty. This is not 1967, you and your minions are NOT free to block streets and entryways to Walter Reed Hospital to wave your protest signs in our faces, not without a countering point of view. There’s way too many of us who remember that era, we remember our troops being spit on, and we remember what happened when YOUR patriots like ted kennedy and others abandoned Vietnam to the noble Ho Chi Minh. I promise you berty, it will NOT happen again…not without some serious punching back from those of us who fight the fight here at home for those heroes overseas that you call rapists.

There’ll always be those in any army.

What differentiates a good army from a bad one is that in the good one, the guilty get punished.

Real bert, Dil Bert, Dumb Fuck, whatever your name is…

I served for 25 years, and I do not agree that you can support the troops, but not the war.
The troops are fighting that war; they are the embodiment of the struggle; if you don’t support it, you are questioning their competence and ability.

Any moron can bitch, moan, groan, whine and complain. If you want to question the war, do so by formulating and presenting a plan for victory. The DumbasCraps have never done that, other than the standard French “Run Away” strategy. Or maybe the “talk with terrorists” plan that is working so well in Pakistan (read a fuckin’ newspaper sometime.) or go to http://www.billroggio.com. Bring a dictionary so you can understand the big words.

The DumbasCraps were all in line with this war. Now they run away for political expedience. And you run away because a handful of troops act likes asses?

How do you feel about Americans? We have criminals here too. Does that make all Americans bad? Maybe you want to find a country where everyone is angelic and speaks French? (that way they can understand your whiny babble.

    “The Religion of Piss”

“The ‘Prophet’ MuHAMmed (May pigs piss on his rotting corpse)”

    “Paleswinians”

Why is it OK to generalise about Muslims but not about US troops? What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

Because US Troops do not stand convicted of the tenants of the ‘faith’ they profess to serve. And unlike the US Military, muslims don’t self-police and deal with members of the faith who stray from accepted behaviors and start murdering civilians. Hell, most of the time, them members of the “Religion of Peace” can’t be bothered to even pay lip service to the wrongful actions of their “extremists”. Its ok, though. I understand, what with the funding of the madrassas that serve to perptuate the “Kill the Infidel” mindset, tending to family business by committing “Honor Killings” and getting their affairs in order before driving explosive-laden motor vehicles into public places filled with civilians and detonating themselves, they probably have far too much going on to take care of the “extremists” among them.

Until I see a serious movement among the faithful to root out this “extremism”, I am perfectly justified in considering this “extremism” as tacitly approved of which means that there are two categories in Islam. The bloodthirtsy ‘extremists’, and those who will be ‘extremists’.

But please, continue making comparisons between Apples and Oranges if it makes your simplistic world view a little easier to swallow.

I do indeed. I’ve always taken an active interest in world religions and have read not only the Koran but the Hadith as well. I am well aware that there’s no shortage of truly repugnant shit in either book.

Then again, there’s no shortage of truly repugnant shit in the Bible either. I’ve never read anything so flagrantly antithetical to the sustainance of civilised society as the first five books of the Hebrew Bible. The killing never stops. Our most basic moral intuitions are confounded at every turn in a desperate struggle to appease a capricious and psychotic deity engaged in an orgy of destruction. None of this excuses crass generalisations about Jews or Christians, even those who take the entire Bible literally and worship God inspite of his numerous atrocities. Why does the brutality of the Koran give you license to insult all Muslims? Why do different rules apply?

Do you have any idea what’s done on a daily basis in the name of and endorsed by Islam?

Yeah, I know. A lot of repugnant shit. And I’m well aware that the root cause for this violence is Islam. This doesn’t change the fact that there are a vast number of Muslims who agree with what America is doing and even serve in the U.S. army. When you insult Muslims as a whole, you’re insultiong our friends and allies in the Muslim world as well as the terrorists and their sympathisers.

Let’s see: Murderer, pederast, thief and advocate for genocide.

He’s still a nicer guy than Yahweh, who actually committed genocide on more than one occasion.

How else would you describe a group of people who not only endorse, but actually elects a group of insane, genocidal terrorists for their own government?

I don’t know all of them so I wouldn’t attempt to describe all of them.

Bottom line: I’m not attacking troops, or Christians. I’m against generalisations of all kinds and pointing out that generalising against one group weakens your moral authority to protest generalisations about other groups.

    Muzzy sez:

Quite a lot of Muslims are on our side, too

well, they’re awfully quiet about it…dontcha think? See, that’s the problem Muzzy, we keep hearing about the “moderate Muslims” but we hardly ever see them or hear from them. Except for a few voices like MEMRI, and the Free Muslim Coalition Against Terrorism, and Jihad Watch, the rest of the Muslim world is very silent on the subject of “radical islam”.

There’s an old saying Muzzy, something about being complicit in your silence. That means that if you see or know of a crime or atrocity and do nothing to stop it or warn anyone….then you share the guilt. That’s the larger crime being committed by the muslim world. They rerely come out publicly to denounce terrorism or terrorist acts, be it through fear or tacit approval of the terrorists acts, they encourage the jihadi bastards who interpret their silence as a sign of support.

What I find just flat out appalling today is that there are so many who are unable to distinguish between good and evil. Is that a result of the greying of the line by the amoral majority of the ’60s? or the practice of moral relevancy? where we have to look inward to see the evil in US first?

Well, being a bit of a historian, I’ll be the first to say that Western Civilization has done it’s share of atrocities in the past. Some of the massacres during the Crusades, and during the French Revolution, and during the settling of the West come to mind. But what distinguishes us from them is that we always had loud and powerful voices that worked from the inside to reform the system and stop the crimes against humanity….and it worked!! Those voices were free to protest and work for change, knowing that they wouldn’t be carted off to a work camp or shot or beheaded for speaking out. That’s the glory of our civilization, that’s what makes it so great.

That ain’t the case in the muslim world Muzzy, a world where women are “honor killed” for adapting western styles or philosophies, where homosexuals are hanged in public, where dissidents are executed in soccer stadiums, where children aren’t taught to read or write but to kill the infidel through martyrdom.
Why the rest of the so-called “civilized world” has not risen up as one to stop this barbaric death cult is beyond me. Now tell me that you want to “co-exist” with that culture, that you don’t see something evil and primitive in that world, tell me that you still have trouble knowing who is good and evil in this global war…..I’m not afflicted with that morally relevant blindness man, I see it pretty clearly.

Off topic: did berty crap his drawers and leave? or is he fighting by jihadi tactics. You know, hit a target then run away to hide behind the nearest skirt or diaper….

NEVER slag our troops in my presence, it makes me have a bad day.

    “If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;

    Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;

Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him:

But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.

And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.”

We can consider it good fortune that the stoning of children to death for heresy has fallen out of fashion in our society, but we certainly cannot consider such salutary devlopments divine providence.

If I had a buck for every time I heard that silly outburst of moral equivalency claptrap.

I wasn’t going for moral equivalency at all. I was just making the point that broad brush generalisations against the followers of an entire religion are not justified by the content of their holy books.

OK, so let’s play: In order for there to be an analogy there, you’d have to show me which, if ANY, Christian denominations endorse and advocate any of the alleged repugnant shit.

The Christian Reconstructionists endorse a fair amount of it. Yeah, they’re a minority within a minority within a minority, but such people do exist. But anyway, this is kinda beside the point. All I was trying to say was that using the unsavoury contents of a holy book to generalise about a religion’s followers is unreasonable because all holy books contain more than their fair share of life destroying gibberish.

I’m sure our grandparents didn’t know every single German or Japanese either, and I know for a FACT that there WERE “Good Germans”, so I guess you’re as repulsed by the unfair generalizations of them during WWII.

No, I’m not really. Things were just different back then. Different rules applied.

Also, as regards BlackisWhite’s comment that:

Until I see a serious movement among the faithful to root out this “extremism”, I am perfectly justified in considering this “extremism” as tacitly approved of which means that there are two categories in Islam. The bloodthirtsy ‘extremists’, and those who will be ‘extremists’.

I would be interested to know what form you think such a movement would take. Maybe there are such movements but they’re not getting enough press. Maybe there are hundreds of small movements that have yet to coalesce into one big one.

    jaybear wrote:

That’s the larger crime being committed by the muslim world. They rerely come out publicly to denounce terrorism or terrorist acts, be it through fear or tacit approval of the terrorists acts, they encourage the jihadi bastards who interpret their silence as a sign of support.

I don’t really buy this. I think the Jihadi’s would be blowing stuff up regardless of how much support they received. That’s the trouble with these self-styled martyr’s. Their beliefs inure them to criticism as only an “Enemy of God” would have a problem with what they’re doing.

What I find just flat out appalling today is that there are so many who are unable to distinguish between good and evil. Is that a result of the greying of the line by the amoral majority of the ’60s? or the practice of moral relevancy? where we have to look inward to see the evil in US first?

Moral relativism isn’t, and never has been, a majority opinion. Its influence is enormously overstated, IMO.

I never said that the Islamic world wasn’t pretty fucked up. Just that, of the 1.6 billion Muslims in the world, a fair few actually agree with what America is doing (and some even serve in the U.S. army) and that consequently broad generalisations about all Muslims are wide of the mark and unnecessary. As for forcibly changing their culture from the outside, I really think such interventionism is counterproductive. It tends to piss everyone off and make everything worse. Better to leave them to sort out their own problems.

    Deuteronomy 13: 6-10

Why stop there? If that is your standard, you could cherry pick a lot from Leviticus also. Again, the distinction is that Christians realize that while the behaviors proscribed in the Old Testament are still proscribed, Rendering unto Caesar requires handing over authority to administer earthly punishments falls to earthly authorities. Sin isn’t any less a sin, and some sins are injurious to society and therefore are in society’s best interest to punish, and the rest get left up to God to deal with, in his own time. That doesn’t mean we won’t try to have a say in what society does, we just don’t take to the streets and cut off people’s heads when we don’t get our way.

I would be interested to know what form you think such a movement would take. Maybe there are such movements but they’re not getting enough press. Maybe there are hundreds of small movements that have yet to coalesce into one big one.

What it takes is for these believers to stand up and say “If we are a ‘Religion of Peace’, then we need to stop acting like bloodthirsty savages.”

Maybe there are such movements? Maybe the sound of crickets chirping isn’t accidental. Not getting enough press? Thank you for my morning laugh. CAIR and any number of Islamic Relations groups have no trouble getting the attention of the press any time someone even suggests that Islam is a ‘Religion of Pieces’. Yet anytime a subhuman drooling savage adhereant to their religion commits an atrocity, the instead of using their bully-pulpit to condemn these actions, we in the West are greeted with deafening silenc. Nice try, but no cigar.

It has been often noted how many ancient religious books are ful of savagery. But, pray tell? Which faith, by any standard, has not changed in their actions and still sanctions and practices those activities on a wide scale today. The Christians don’t, neither do the Jews. I see Muslims. The one faith that has not changed; no reformation, no doctrinal changes, just the same tired mantra of murdering anyone you cannot convert or enslave. That’s where equivalency falls apart. Beating Christians over the head with their past in no way sanctions the Muslim behaviors in the present. Some seek to make it so. They have not changed.

This “Religion of Peace” has been at war, continuously, with itself, for over 1300 years. Tell me the last time the Presbyterians declared Holy War on the Methodists?

Now, we are supposed to accept this uncivilizable “religion” into polite society?

You mean like how they sort out their own problems in Palestine, and Lebanon, and BAghdad? In all three countries, they’ve been handed the golden opportunity to rule themselves and the first thing they do is to put the AK’s on full auto and kill each other.

Muzzy, as honorable as your intent is it just ain’t realistic. This is a religion/culture that refuses to civilize itself, is unable to civilize itself. The driving motive behind the culture is honor, it is almost worshipped. What might be an effective strategy is to tell these people that it is NOT honorable to send your child off to martyr themselves with an explosive belt, it’s not honorable to explode yourself in a market full of innocent people, it’s not honorable to kill your daughter for listening to western music….but it’s honorable to give them an education where they can learn to build and design and produce food and medicine. They are a smart people if you get them out of that blood cult, witness the number of engineers and doctors etc that are citizens here who are of arabic descent.

But until they figure out what true honor is, I think the best strategy is to quarantine the entire islamic culture, like the disease it is…close it off to all trade and travel, until it stops being a threat not only to itself but to the entire world. Cage the rabid beast, it will eventually either grow out of it’s savageness or it will die. For the sake of the civilized world, we need to keep these savages away from your children and mine. Once they get a taste of truly being ostracized, maybe the reasonable ones will step forward and take charge….but then again one of my main character defects is over optimism.

What amazes me (though, really, it shouldn’t) is that this moron will dismiss generalizations against Germans and Japs by saying, and I quote:

Things were just different back then. Different rules applied.

But it’s not okay to paint the ragheads that way.

And then  he decries the historical violence of the Old Testament in his fuckheaded attempt to generalize against Christianity - when “things were just different back then” and “different rules applied”.

I’d call him a real piece of work, but no union I know of would want to take credit blame.
