Ginsberg can kiss my hairy white ass.
The court was simply doing its job. That is, securing the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for those who would have otherwise been murdered in this fashion.

Fuck Goonsburg, the ACLU/Commie shitbag. She’s never met a embryo/fetus/baby that she didn’t want to slaughter.

While I can’t entirely condemn abortion (like many other kinds of killing, it is sometimes necessary) this brand is pretty fucked up. But then again, instituitional kindermorder is a Demmie trait that’s all too common among their womenfolk.

Check Ginsburg’s head for the hole her brain leaked out of …

See, this is something I never understood.
If you can partial birth them, why not just rest-of-the-way birth them and hand off to someone who wants one? I’m not really picking up on the justification used here.
This coming from someone who is nominally opposed (but still figures that outlawing all abortion won’t work).

infanticide? illegal? seriously?

:furious_tb: I never understood the arguement for this gruesome procedure, if the mom was in such distress, a c-section would be more in order. I personally think that this is always elective and done just because some abortion provider got to a scared young woman and convinced her that this was her only option. There are so many infertile couples out there that would give anything to adopt a baby and cannot find one to adopt and go to other countries to adopt.

Baby Brainsucking Ban Upheld…
Once the baby is a person under the Constitution, we have to wait until he or she grows up and does something very, very naughty before we can kill them lawfully….

There is no good reason for this procedure.
I support the right to an abortion on libertarian grounds … but there is no such thing regarding PBA. If the “doctor” simply leaves the room for a few minutes, the child is born and ready for adoption.
This is Infanticide, pure and simple.

*sigh*
April 18th, 2007 at 4:29 PMI think folks are still looking at that proceedure as an alternative to unwanted parenthood.
Not so.
There are conditions where a fetus’s life is not physically viable.
Many severe birth defects are not discoverd until later in the pregnancy, have no solution, nothing but pain to live for.
The mother’s condition will always be a factor as well.
They need an option.

And our politically correct textbooks still talk about those eevil barbaric Romans and Greeks who abondoned babies on hillsides so they would die. Liberal Hypocrites.

I wish to share something happening to me twenty-three years ago. My son was born a month early….he died on the table, lived maybe a few minutes, my wife’s terror stricken eyes waiting for a cry that never came. I asked the doctor to sedate her, made some terrible phone calls. I looked down at Jonathans body, touched him…..and the idea of some monster sucking his brains out drives me to fury and rage…………such events change you…….

I have a cousin who is an abortionist in California. She’s made a fortune doing it, but no one in the family…close or extended wants anything to do with her. Hell, I haven’t talked to her in close to 25 years. So I guess making a living as a baby killer doesn’t win you any popularity contests eh? unless you’re a delegate to the democrat convention…..
MegaTroopX sez:
That’s a hell of a good point, and about as clearly stated as you can get. Well said sir….

My God how horrible! I am so sorry.
I remember reading a review of 300 where the liberal waste of skin journalist saying that the Spartans practiced “eugenics” by exposing babies. I bet the bitch was for abortion. I hate hypocrits.

OK, I am PISSED. Not pissed that infanticide has been stimied or halted. I’m doin a happy dance for that. WHAT PISSES ME OFF is the Leftards screed about a woman’s right, her body, blah blah blah. Well, her body is actually her child’s body. And that child, if they could talk, would probably object to having their brains vaccumed out and their skull crushed. The Democrats and RINOs talk rights, how about the rights of the unborn. You want a kid, cool. You get knocked up and don’t want it, let the kid come to term so they can be given to someone who cannot have kids but has a desire for family. Don’t be so frickin selfish that if you can’t have that life to raise, no one can. How dare. And let me add, that while the Dems shed fake tears over Virginia Tech, they haven’t shed one over the 40 million aborted babies since Roe V. Wade. All you pro-choice morons think about this. IF you make it to heaven, and you see kid that knows you, what will you do when they ask, “Hi mom, why did you kill me before I was born?” Think about that crap.
And let’s see Barbara Boxer wined about a hard week she had, with SCOTUS getting the balls to preserve life, and her lip service over V Tech. Boxer, when you have a relative get wounded or KIA in Iraq, or Afghanistan, or here at home, then you can talk. OTherwise, STFU, now. Take your talk and your low-bidding contract snaking hubby and shove em in that orafice which hasn’t seen action since Eisenhower’s term.

As pro-life as I am, I would be more than willing to make one exception, I would support the abortion, post although it may be, of one “Wicked Witch of the West”..AKA Ruth Nutsack Gingberg.

Remember, John “Breck Girl” Edwards only prosecutes / sues doctors who deliver live babies, not those who use Doktor Josef Mengele’s barbaric techniques to murder them in cold blood…
As always, follow the money… Killing babies in this horrifying method is not for “the health of the mother”.
This has nothing to do with “health”, It is a matter of money, plain and simple. Certain so-called “research hospitals” (ghoulish abbatoirs) pay generously for human body parts and organs, and the tiny victims of this monstrous act, are sold, organs and body parts “harvested”, money changes hands, and the vile and disgusting show goes on…
Doktor Mengele, call your office…

This is so disgusting … it’s already beginning. They are looking for loopholes in the wording of the ban. Now they are saying that they can’t perform a dilation and evacuation on a live fetus. However, chemicals can be administered prior to the procedure, so that the fetus can be murdered and then removed via this procedure. How sick can you get? Why not just deliver the baby and hand it off to someone who wants a child?
There is another procedure which involves dismembering a near-term child prior to removal. It is just as gruesome as the evacuation procedure, but is not technically the same, so I’ve seen some people speculating that it may still be an option for those seeking late term abortions.
Cheapshot911 has a point in that some children are born with severe birth defects and are unlikely to survive for long. It does seem inhumane to allow them to suffer. However, this opens the door to euthanasia based on poor quality of life - a concern for ALL of us. In this case, I think the child should be delivered and the parents should decide whether to keep it or give it up for its possibly brief life. Believe it or not, there are people with big enough hearts to tend to infants in this condition. If a child is truly terminal, palliative care can be provided to minimize suffering. And strangely, miracles do occasionally occur in which children deemed “nonviable” defy the odds.

Yes, what do these murderers advocate? Unlike many, I’ve been there first hand…….and when I see someone wishing to kill a baby, perhaps the son I will never have, it tends to hurt a bit. I’m not complaining, mind you, but I know what they are doing, for as odd as it may seem, when I had my gentle hand on his belly…I felt his soul leave his body. I would put my hand on a Bible and swear to it.

This is really weird, but I was supposed to have a little sister. I am the oldest sibling (only female) in my family. I have five brothers, the oldest of which is two years younger than I am. There is a hole in between my brother and me, which was supposed to have been filled by a girl. She was born almost exactly a year to the day after I was. But she only lived for a few minutes. My parents said she was a beautiful baby; they named her Patricia. We used to visit her site at the cemetery periodically. There was a little angel marker that has left an indelible imprint on my mind. It’s strange that you can “miss” someone you never met, but for years I wanted a sister. (And, ok, I dressed one of my brothers up like a girl once, which he has never lived down!) I never got one. When my youngest brother was born, my grandmother just looked at me and shook her head, and I knew I was never going to get a sister!
My mom is getting pretty old, but it still bothers her to think about it. And, for the life of me, I don’t understand how anyone can do something so heinous to someone that defenseless.

There’s an official term for that. It’s called malignant narcissism.
I have heard of experiences from women in my church that have had difficult pregnancies. In one case, it started out fine, and then midway through the second trimester, her doctor discovered that she had low amniotic fluid. As a result, she was hospitalized for the rest of her pregnancy. Everything was going fine until an intern poked a hole in the placenta, which resulted in an emergency Caesarian birth of a premature baby boy, Elijah. After several weeks in the hospital, he came home, and from what I’ve heard other than being being small, he’s a happy, healthy three-year-old boy. Another one was told she could never have kids, so she and her husband adopted a little boy six years ago. Three years ago, she got pregnant, and was in the hospital for most of it. She prematurely delivered a healthy baby boy, Thomas. He’s going to be two years old next month.
The above are proof that there are alternatives in the case of the mother’s health. If the case is that it started out fine but started going wrong in the middle of the second trimester or going into the third, then you can induce labor or do a C-section (whichever the doctor deems to be the safest option), and work to save both their lives. To think that someone would jab a hole in their little skulls and suck out their brains is just the most cruel thing you can do to a child.
Oh, and Caveman, your son’s name got me thinking about the fact that if I had a little brother, he would have had the same name as your little guy.

kwongdzu I also had a younger sister. We were 11 months and 18 days apart. When she was 14 months old my mother left her sleeping on my grandparents old four poster bed and went out to our house trailer that we had just moved in next door. While Mother was gone Diane rolled over and got wedged between the footboard and the mattress and suffocated. I was only 2. I never started to really miss her until I got into my teens. I walked past her grave every single day to catch the school bus because we lived right behind the church where she is buried. The older I have gotten the more I miss her. One of the first things that crossed my mind when my Dad died was that he’s finally going to get to spend time with Diane. We had had him with us for 64 years. It was her turn.
