So while Jorge and his RINO sellouts set out to revive the rotting carcass of the McCain/Kennedy/Arbusto Zhamnesty of ‘07, granting immediate no-questions-asked residency to 12 million scofflaws, a quite different story unfolds elsewhere, where a Border Patrol agent is sent to jail for ICE fucking up their paperwork (again) and his three adopted girls are sent south of the border without as much as a by-your-leave.

Hey, Jorge, what happened to “breaking up families?” What happened to “we can’t just round people up in the middle of the night and kick them out?”

The girls are now banned from re-entry for 10 years (while drunk drivers, child molesters, tax evaders, forgers and other crooks will only have to wait 24 hours for their brand new Z-visas if Arbusto/Kennedy goes into effect), their provider is in jail and his wife is stuck with a house she cannot possibly hope to hold on to.

Oh, and get this: Guess which “legal” team was behind committing this crime against justice? Why, that would be the team of US Attorney Johnny Sutton and Judge Kathleen Cardone. You might remember those names. Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean surely do, after they were sent to jail for a dozen years for the “crime” of shooting a fleeing and presumed armed and dangerous drug smuggler, a drug smuggler that was granted full immunity in exchange for helping Slimy Sutton send a couple of Border Patrol agents doing their jobs behind bars. An immunity that he used to smuggle even more drugs into the country, by the way.

We hope the kickbacks were worth it, Sutton. Worth your time in Hell, that is.

It would appear that Jorge Arbusto’s old friend Johnny Sutton is on a one-man mission to lock up the entire Border Patrol. Isn’t it funny how they seem to all end up with the same judge, the same prosecutor and even the same defense counsel?

This is no longer a nation of laws, people, so we might as well quit fooling ourselves.

We’re run by a group of corrupt, lying thieves in DC and their equally corrupt cronies, a bunch of self-appointed kings and queens accountable to no-one, making a mockery of every single principle this Republic was built on.

Seems to me that we’ll have to start looking for the tea pretty soon, ’cause there’s a party coming up and you’re all invited.

This is just another disgusting example of the road to anarchy on which we are headed. Paperwork my ass. That Officer Aleman is in prison is a disgrace in itself. Didn’t think the dictators could sink any lower. But deporting his adopted daughters as well? I guess the cowards thought six months in jail was enough punishment. Sickening. And it’s only going to get worse.

Interesting question in one of the comments on the link: “Wonder where the drug cartels come into play.” That may be on to something. Certainly there is SOMETHING going on. The first two Border Patrol agents could have been bad luck (and frogs could fly out of my butt), but this establishes a pattern.

The actual question may be, how high in the U.S. government have the cartels gotten?

The above story is bad enough, but here’s a case where INS deported an actual American citizen to Mexico…who has since vanished.

    From the Los Angeles Times:

The family of an American citizen who disappeared after apparently being mistakenly deported to Tijuana a month ago has filed suit asking the U.S. government to help find him.

Pedro Guzman, 29, a Lancaster construction worker, is developmentally disabled and penniless, and he hasn’t been heard from since May 11, said his family at a news conference in Los Angeles on Monday.

His mother, Maria Carbajal, said she spent the last month in Tijuana living out of her car while searching in vain for her son. She said neither the U.S. nor the Mexican government has helped in her search for him.

“I’ve done a lot,” she said, “and I haven’t found him.”

In a statement, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said they deport a person only “when all available credible evidence suggests the person is an alien. That process was followed here and ICE has no reason to believe that it improperly removed Pedro Guzman.”

    The family disagrees.

“I feel my government has let me down. I know it has failed him as well,” said younger brother Michael Guzman, 28. “All we want is our brother back.”

Guzman was born in Los Angeles, his family said. He is light-skinned and 6 feet 5. He speaks English and Spanish, made it through the 10th grade and has a driver’s license.

But his family said he cannot read or write, gets lost easily and, although he does not appear mentally impaired, can be taciturn and suspicious of strangers.

The situation began when Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Guzman for trespassing at an airplane junkyard in Lancaster.

His mother said he was sentenced in April to 120 days in jail, but that about a month later, he called to say he had been deported to Tijuana and didn’t know why…

    Way to go, assholes.

Now every fucking illegal alien is going to have short cut to SCOTUS to contest their illegality. Give the insurgents (After all, that’s what they are!) here some ammo to fight the TRUE LEGAL CITIZENS of the invaded country.

I love the way the ICE officials hide behind their process. “We followed our procedures, so fuck you.”

    Thomas Jefferson said it nicely:

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security

I am going to be a devil’s advocate here, being an immigration attorney and such… I obviously do not have sufficient information from the article but here are my red flags: how come a border patrol agent did not see that the visas were only for 1 day?? if he did not know where to look at his prospective daughters’ passports, imagine how he checked the other people’s paperwork?! also, when you file the paperwork with the immigration, you keep a copy of your signed application in case the service makes a typo in personal information, that’s your backup if the service says you lied… Plus, there is a special procedure for foreign adoptions, you go through lots of paperwork both with the state agency and the immigration… If the girls are under 18, they should not be barred to re-enter because under the immigration laws, any illegal time acquired under age of 18 does not count and since the girls did not sign the paperwork, their adoptive parents did, the girls did not commit any fraud/misrepresentation… something is very wrong on both sides of this case…
