    Wow.

No comments yet after two hours? I don’t know what to say either. My dial-up left me cold after a few minutes of this so I haven’t seen the whole shebang. Though.

    Powerful stuff.

Remember, Remeber, the eleventh of september, the Arabs dancing in the streets in joy of the 3000 Americans Killed by Followers of pisslam. They Shoot rockets at Schools, cheer as Airliners are turned into missiles and yet they claim to be “victims”.

    Bullshit.

Fuck them all. Isreal should have gone medieval on thier asses, at least it would have kicked thier asses out of the seventh century.

Very powerful synopsis of a complex history. Very well done.

Better yet they called Carter the anti-Israel, islamist propagandist he is.

Excellent…even more chilling is the video about the Islamic Mein Kampf I’ve been researching neo-Nazism/Nazi sympathising in the Middle East for years…how come we never hear of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem?

    To Serious Sean,

The answer to your question about why no one know about the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem is very simple. Unless you see his lousy, good for nothing, Hitler friendly ass mentioned in a history book, you aren’t going to know about his sorry, loser ass.

I bet a lot of folks here are probably saying right now, Grand who????

ive been a zoionist since 1967 When I watched the war on the nightly news in NZ. I subscribed to the Jeruselem ZPost fort several years after this until algore invented the internet(hahavomit) then I has watched the ongoing conflict with growing unease.
I know about the Mufti of Jeruselem.
I remember coming home from school in 1955 after reading a world history book and asking my parents ” who was Hitler”. Profound silence. Then over the next months I was told about World War 2 by my parents and their friends, I listened when the roll call war read out at my college of all the fallen from the district and cried, I read Bertrand Russels “the sourge of the swaztika” age age 12 and later Churchills ” the second world war”.
I have been able to see the movement of fanatical forces since that day, fanatics have no place in modern western society and the quicker the western societis are arawe of this the quicker we in the west will be able to realise that there is a war on , fundamentalist islam against almose everyone else.
Time to call a halt guys and move out to confront islam, fachism and all the dreadful connotations that islam brings.

    Jeep says:

Yep, and it should be in the email of every one of the leftards out there that believe the US and the Evil Joooossss are responsible for this Arab “insurrection”.

Although this is a short and sweet version, it’s a very good lesson in the history of the area. And it proves a valid point, if the whole thing is about the Palis, how come no one else will accept them into THEIR countries? No one else to martyr or show to the world as “oppressed” by the Israeli state? Or are they worried about the level of terrorist violence as well?

Israel closed it’s borders to refugees this week citing security concerns. The other bordering states also closed their crossings, but never said why. And then the Palis, using stolen uniforms as cover, attacked the main border crossing into Israel. Now, according to the above story, they’re going to let these “refugees” into the country to relieve their suffering. Yet the Jews are the ones portrayed as evil. Someone PLEASE explain this to me, since I’m obviously incapable of believing Mooselimb, Leftard, or Jimmah Cartah instructional techniques.

Hmmm, maybe my high school advisor was right when he told my parents that sometimes I was smart enough to be ignorant…

    A good reminder, indeed.

We are told, again and again, that this is all about a “state” for the Palestinian “people”.

Except that the area known as the West Bank was under Arab military and political control (Kingdom of Jordan) from the founding of Israel until 1967, when Israel conquered it after being attacked (yet again!) by her Arab neighbors.

During this time, you didn’t hear Word One about the “Palestinians” and their “homeland.” The Arabs had 20 years to set up such a thing, but it was never even contemplated.

Only when Israel held onto the area to give itself more defensible borders did the cry go up for this “homeland.” Suddenly the Arabs who lived there became “Palestinians” and we were supposed to believe them to be an organic national entity rather than, well, simply being ARABS.

Suddenly “Palestine” stopped being a geographic expression (like “the Midwest”) and became some kind of national and cultural identity.

The Kingdom of Jordan, which occupies the territory originally intended for Arab settlement and control of the former Ottoman territory, has expelled thousands of Arab refugees at gunpoint in several ethnic cleansings and pushed those people into “Palestinian” refugee camps. (Whereupon, of course, they immediately claimed that Israel was oppressing these poor folks.)

Like every intra-Arab atrocity, this was greeted with absolute silence by the same Arab and Western Leftist chorus that prints front-page stories every time some Israeli soldier double-parks his jeep.

Now, on a personal level, on a HUMAN level, my heart goes out to the Arabs caught in the middle of this. But I can’t NOT see the plain truth of it: these people are being used. They are pawns in the hands of those who have NO interest in “peace” or “cycles of violence” or any of that and don’t give a camel’s ass about a “homeland” for them.

    **

The following timeline is also a good corrective to anyone who thinks there is some kind of anti-Arab conspiracy between Jews and various other powers.

The historical record is clear: time and time again, European powers and the “international community” have shafted the Jews in favor of Arab interests

1918 - The plan for a Jewish homeland began with lands on both sides of the Jordan.

1921 - Most of this land gets handed to the Arabs and 25% is left for Jews.

1947 - The 25% the Jews had was divided up AGAIN to reduce the areas under Jewish control. The Jews now have a fraction of what they were promised, and their backs are literally against the sea.

1967 - After being attacked several times by various Arab forces, Israel grabs the West Bank - part of the land which was supposed to be Israel in the first place - to create a more defensible border.

Following this, the surrounding Arab countries - not one of which cared about the “Palestinians” and their “state” when ARABS controlled the West Bank - start screaming bloody murder about Zionism and Imperialism and so on. They demand that the West Bank territory be detached from Israel AT ONCE and turned over to, well, them and their stooges in the PLO and other groups.

Let’s take a moment to remember that Israel also conquered the Sinai Peninsula from Egypt, but gave it back after Egypt showed it could be trusted - a deal which has held up so far. Israel is not on some kind of acquisition spree for Arab land. The Israeli government and people knew that the Sinai was NEVER part of the Jewish Homeland in ANY of the proposals going back to 1918, and holding it was not needed so long as the Egyptians left them alone.

I consider this a pretty good gesture of good faith and proof that Israelis CAN and WILL make deals so long as they’re not be asked to cut their own throats.

On the matter of the “Palestinians…” on the human level, I do feel sympathy and sadness for those Arab peoples who woke up one morning to discover that their centuries-old home was suddenly in a Jewish country that had been created out of thin air by some fat British guy with a monocle and terrible teeth doodling on a map.

That said, I feel the case for creating a Jewish homeland was and is just, and the area roughly identical with the ancient Jewish kingdoms - and containing all of Judaism’s holy sites - is the best place for it.

I do not pretend that this was - or could have been - done painlessly. Yes, this land was once Jewish, and then Greek, and then Roman, and then Christian until the Muslims conquered it. But the Muslims who were pushed aside or corralled in to make the Jewish State were not those conquerors - they were just average folks who had lived there for over a thousand years. It was and is their home; it’s not like they can pack up and march back to the Arabian desert.

But Israel is a fact. It needs territorial integrity and defensibility. The Arabs who live there, and in the West Bank, have a stark choice in front of them: If they take up arms, or help those who do, to attack Israel, then they really can’t blame Israelis for treating them like enemies.

If, one the other hand, they can make their peace with living in a Jewish state, they are pretty much left alone.

One of the weirdest things about this is that Muslims are actually more free to do what they please (incl. explore their spirituality as Muslims) in a JEWISH country than under an Islamic one.

How can anyone seriously claim that taking the West Bank away from Israel and placing all its people under an Arab regime staffed by the likes of the PLO or Hamas will IMPROVE these peoples’ lives?

I would feel very differently about this were there more real leaders among the “Palestinians” sincerely willing to put down the guns and rank-and-filers willing to do so.

Instead, what do we see? Late in 2000, Israel made the most generous offer yet for Arab-Israeli co-government in the West Bank - more concessions than had EVER been made before. The response from the “Palestinian” leadership was FUCK YOU, JEWS and they kicked off the most murderous round of attacks yet.

It’s very hard to avoid concluding that these people - and the larger Arab powers behind them - really don’t want “peace.” They want to destroy Israel. They look upon concessions and negotiations as either signs of weakness or a chance to reload their guns.

So yes, my heart goes out to the many, many decent Arab people in that blasted land who just want to live their lives and see their kids grow up. They do exist.

But they’re not in charge, alas.\

    Misha,

Thank you for the link. Much of it I already knew but this makes a handy tool to show folks who think Israel is always wrong.

When I was a kid in the sixties I sold Grit newspapers around my neighborhood. I could always count on one couple to take a copy, and maybe get a glass of kool-aid and a cookie out of it to boot.

I had noticed that both the husband and the wife had tattoos on their arms and one day I asked about it. I asked why they would put numbers on their arms instead of the kind of tattoos I was used to seeing. They told me I was too young to understand. I asked several times and one day my dad walked me to their house and I found out they had talked to my parents about it. They decided I should hear their story. They were Polish Jews that had survived different concentration camps as youngsters. After the war they met and got married and emigrated to the United States and to Kansas City because they had relatives there. They said they thought of going to Israel but they had built a life in Kansas City and said it they didn’t want to turn their backs on the country that had given them so much.

Since then what happened to “the Jews” became personal. I could put a face to the people who were on the news. It makes a difference.

This is the best resource I have seen in awhile on how Israel keeps getting the shaft, and the Arabs complain about only getting the mine. Jimmeh Carter and his anti-semitic ilk should be held down and forced to watch this, a la A Clockwork Orange (Tied to a chair and your eyelids held open, in case anyone here hasn’t seen the movie).
