Listen, we appreciate our brothers and sisters up north, they’re doing a great job with the Coalition and, whereas some might quibble that they ought to be sending more, there’s no doubt that the ones they have sent are second to none. Besides, if you were to, say, nuke Quebec and surrounding areas off the map, Canada would be a pretty wonderful country overall (most Canadians His Majesty knows agree).

But the DemCong are just ridiculous in their Canada worship.

Remember October of last year when they, trying to express their support for our troops and how much they longed to bring them home from the war, enlisted the Canadian Army on their official site?

Well, guess what, now they’re blathering about veterans’ health care and, once again, the DemCong have no fucking clue what the uniforms of the soldiers they claim to support look like.

Listen, DemCong, we’re truly touched by your concern over the wellbeing of our Canadian brothers and sisters in arms, but still…

It’s getting to be ridiculous, you know.

I think it’s more that they just can’t stand the idea of having any member of the American military portrayed in anything like a positive light on one of their websites…. if they have to have a picture of a person in uniform, they’ll just use Canadians!

I think they were probably smitten with the earnest female soldier discussing health coverage options with a professional looking young doctor- complete with stethoscope so Democratic voters will know he’s a doctor- that they didn’t get too hung up on the uniform.

So what if that looks so unlike any American uniform that even a military ignoramus- like me- would have thought she was a park ranger before they thought she was a soldier? You have to forgive the Dems a little bit; I mean, it’s not like there are many white people serving in militaries who aren’t American, nowadays.

Same here…my first thought was…our military doesn’t wear green shirts..that’s National Park Service and possibly Border Patrol. White, tan and pale blue yes. Green, not that I have ever seen.

They grab a stock photo or video and run with it. FOX News did it last week when whats-his-fuckles got indicted for freezer burning $90k in cash. They used a video of John Conyers instead of William Jefferson. Perhaps they thought that all black men look alike?

Given what we know of the Leftards’ opinions of our soldiers, I’m surprised they didn’t use a photo of a WWII-era soldier in the SS. They’re always calling them stormtroopers anyway. It would be despicable, but it at least it would be consistent.

Got that right, buddy. But that doesn’t make it any less hysterically funny, does it?

I mean, first we had MorOn.org using pictures of British troops in a chow line to illustrate the horrid conditions that OUR soldiers were living under, then the DNC tried passing off a Canadian veteran as a U.S. soldier last October, and now House Ghoul Lugosi’s site is doing the same… You’d think they’d start paying attention at some point, or perhaps they just like being the subject of ridicule.

I mean, this last one was a Canadian vet with the word “CANADA” written in large capital letters on her epaulets, fercryingoutloud.

Don’t tell me that’s not hysterical.

But perhaps Lugosi’s staff is entirely made up of morons committing the basic fuckups that no Americans are cretinous enough to commit.

Please take Quebec. They don’t understand that fact we’re protected by the US militarily and that if we weren’t we wouldn’t have the $$$ to spend on our social programs.
The only identity most Canadians have is “not being American”. We ARE American, though. Culturally, we’re the same. We fought side by side in WW2 against the same enemies. We just unfortunately have the french, but fortunately have socialized medicine. However, if I see one more arrogant Canadian wearing a maple leaf flag on their person while travelling overseas so people will not think they’re American, I’m gonna punch them in the mouths. I tell people I’m American when I travel.

    To Poo,

Man, that takes balls. Saying that you’re an American while traveling overseas, that is.

You know, that is interesting, Canandians and Americans (unless you’re French-Canadian) do come from mainly the same stock, just that the American-Revolution, the War of 1812 and the Creation of Canada after the American Civil War is mainly what separate the two cousins. Every time I hear about the Canadian government doing everything they can in the entertainment field to prove that they aren’t American makes me wonder why they try so hard. It really does.

As for Quebec, keep it. I don’t think they would fit in here.
