Those of you who have been following the Canadian Thought Police’s persecution of Ezra Levant will no doubt be as delighted as we are to learn that the Gestapo goon they sent out has decided to resign from the case, now that she has become a target for well-deserved public derision and ridicule.

I mentioned that Shirlene McGovern, the “human rights officer” who interrogated me, has resigned from my case. The human rights commission advised my lawyer that McGovern quit because of the public backlash against the commission — and against her in particular. In other words, she didn’t like being called a censor in the blogosphere.

I’m not sympathetic. I believe that any government bureaucrat who makes a living interrogating citizens about their political beliefs ought to be held in public contempt. McGovern truly doesn’t get it — she thinks what she does for a living is perfectly bland, just like her.

So she leads a thought crime prosecution at the behest of a pisslamic sheik who got his rag in a knot over Ezra daring to exercise the rights of a free press by publishing the MoToons of Doom™, forcing him to spend a fortune defending himself while said sheik gets the whole thing free of charge, at the expense of the Canadian taxpayers, and then she has the nerve to whine about being made fun of?

Good riddance, bitch, and may your name forever be associated with the fascism of the feel-good, PC dhimmi left.
