That being said, he offers some good insight on the avenues of attack that the Foam Born Obamikos’s team will most likely pursue, and we’d be surprised if he wasn’t right. Heaven knows that they don’t have all that much to work with, so they’re going to have to go with whatever they can find.

Overturning Roe v. Wade takes the Fed. Government out of the picture (no more Fed. tax dollars being spent on killing babies) and puts it straight into the hands of the states.
