MorOn.org’s Talking Points
Posted by: Emperor Misha I in Idiotarians, Lefty America-Haters, Politics3:38 PM
Desperation, we tell you. We so love getting those insider emails from those clowns.
Since they’re bound to pop up a million times from here on until November, MorOns don’t have a track record of independent thought after all, we thought that we might as well share them with you, along with the ridiculously easy rebuttals:
(Late addition: The MorOn.org email is titled “McCain’s dangerous choice.” Yes, it’s dangerous alright. But not to anybody but you.)
She was elected Alaska’s governor a little over a year and a half ago. Her previous office was mayor of Wasilla, a small town outside Anchorage.
She was chief executive of that small town for 8 years, having the buck stop at her desk all that time. She was furthermore chief executive of the largest state in the Union for 2 years.
The combined executive experience of the Obama bin Biden ticket, running for the office of chief executive of the United States?
None. None whatsoever.
How many National Guardsmen do Biden and Obambi command?
She has no foreign policy experience.
Other than being the chief executive of the only state in the Union to border two different countries, one of which we might find ourselves at war with in the future. Russia is also pretty bad. OK, that was a joke. In her time as chief executive of Alaska, she negotiated a pipeline deal with Canada.
How many deals with foreign countries did Obambi negotiate? No, handing out free beer, food and rock music to Germans doesn’t count.
Palin is strongly anti-choice, opposing abortion even in the case of rape or incest.
She’s not running for the Senate, House or Supreme Court, meaning that she’ll have absolutely no influence on legislation or the interpretation of laws. Somebody needs to study up on civics here, particularly the subject of “branches of government.”
Consider this: I know a great deal of intelligent, wonderful and remarkably competent people, many of them readers of this site, who are very staunchly pro-choice. I am not. Yet, in spite of this, based on my actual knowledge of how government works and my knowledge of their qualifications and intelligence, I would have absolutely no problem with seeing them on a national ticket. As a matter of fact, I’d support them.
On the other hand, Obambi is strongly anti-life, supporting even the murder of live-born infants by leaving them to die of neglect in soiled hospital utility rooms.
She supported right-wing extremist Pat Buchanan for president in 2000.
Except she didn’t:
Wexler’s case is based on a 1999 AP article, which described her as “sporting a Buchanan button” at a Buchanan visit to the town of which she was mayor.
She promptly responded to the story in a letter to the editor, saying that “the article may have left your readers with the perception that I am endorsing this candidate, as opposed to welcoming his visit to Wasilla. As mayor, I will welcome all the candidates in Wasilla.”
Add to that that she wasn’t being launched into political life by, nor did she work for an unrepentant actual terrorist, nor did she openly ask for the endorsement of communists, associate herself for 20 years with a racist preacher or got a sweetheart deal on her house through a mobster currently undergoing trial, and we can’t help but wonder if MorOn.org really want to go there.
Also, 1999 is quite a while ago, before Buchanan went batshit crazy. And I say this as somebody who hates Reichsführer Patsy with a purple passion.
Palin thinks creationism should be taught in public schools.
Except she doesn’t:
In an interview Thursday, Palin said she meant only to say that discussion of alternative views should be allowed to arise in Alaska classrooms:
“I don’t think there should be a prohibition against debate if it comes up in class. It doesn’t have to be part of the curriculum.”
She added that, if elected, she would not push the state Board of Education to add such creation-based alternatives to the state’s required curriculum.
Members of the state school board, which sets minimum requirements, are appointed by the governor and confirmed by the Legislature.
“I won’t have religion as a litmus test, or anybody’s personal opinion on evolution or creationism,” Palin said.
Yep, that’s one devoted, zealous Christofascist, right there.
Next?
She’s doesn’t think humans are the cause of climate change.
Nor do a growing number of scientists (or anybody else on the planet with a functional brain). The only ones still uncritically holding on to the Gospel of The Gorebecile is a joke of a human being who managed to flunk out of seminary, as well as his equally moronic followers.
This is a minus for her? Really?
She’s solidly in line with John McCain’s “Big Oil first” energy policy. She’s pushed hard for more oil drilling and says renewables won’t be ready for years.
Which they won’t. Unlike fossil fuels that we know how to extract, refine and transport and have an entire infrastructure based on the consumption of, viable renewables haven’t even been invented yet, much less made suitable for mass consumption/replacement of existing sources.
Liberal energy policy is like the people of yore banning horse buggies and shutting down the manufacture of them because “one day we’ll have horseless carriages and no longer need to have horses shitting in the street. Until then, walk and pray for a miracle.”
She also sued the Bush administration for listing polar bears as an endangered species—she was worried it would interfere with more oil drilling in Alaska.
Which it would. As a matter of fact, that’s the whole reason behind the push to put polar bears on the endangered species list. They are neither “endangered”, nor threatened by energy developments in Alaska. On the other hand, the budgets of working Americans are endangered and very much threatened by the LACK of energy developments in Alaska and elsewhere.
70% of the American people (and growing) agree with this. You probably shouldn’t talk about it too much, if you know what’s good for you.
How closely did John McCain vet this choice? He met Sarah Palin once at a meeting. They spoke a second time, last Sunday, when he called her about being vice-president. Then he offered her the position.
How closely McCain vetted his choice is his business and nobody else’s. If, indeed, he utterly failed to vet her, leaving several closets full of embarrassing skeletons ready to hit his campaign between now and November, you should be deliriously happy now.
Clearly you’re not, based on the ridiculous nature of the only talking points you’ve been able to come up with.

I’m sure she’s not anti-semetic, but this isn’t going to play well.

I don’t think this costs us, anyway. The pro-kill-the-innocent crowd are not going to vote for a KKKonservative, anyway. Surprisingly, the breakdown of pro- vs. anti- historically shows slightly more women than men incline toward SOME restrictions on “kill them all for any reason.”
pluck-em.

Is that the best they have?????? Perhaps the idea of a woman living both as a mother, a governor and a loyal mate more than they can stand. She’s got more balls than any metrosexual guy I know. And a damn sight easier to look at…….. :em93: After seeing her hubby, I’m looking forward to the day some wise-ass lefty reporter insults her. I’d pay good money to see him get knocked on his ass. She can handle the harpies.

I’m not so sure about that, Wil.
I’ve been prowling the sites and message boards of the PUMAs these last few days, and even the pro-choice among them are expressing support for Palin, even when her pro-life attitude is brought up. As they say it: “no matter how much she’s anti-choice, the VP isn’t in a position to overturn Roe v. Wade, so it’s a moot point.”
They’re really, really pissed at the misogynist, disrespectful treatment that Hillary received from Obama, the MSM and even their own party when they all jumped in the Obamazeus’ tank and absolutely thrilled that there’s a party out there willing to stand up for women.
And, much as I hate the Hildebeest, having watched the primaries I can certainly understand their anger at the Democrat Party, Obambi and the MSM. There’s absolutely nothing I agree with Hilde on politically but, like it or not, she and her husband built the foundations that the Democrat Party stand on today, so you’d think that she’d be owed a little more respect than that.
Anyway, that’s the general sentiment regarding Palin’s pro-life beliefs. They’re also right, of course. Not even the President has that power. He can only sign or veto legislation that Congress sends to him. He can’t make it himself.

Seems to me that if Bambi and Plugs are that misogynistic NOW, it won’t get any better if they get elected. With Palin, however, if McCain kicks off, Palin will be Pres, and in a better position to represent the women in this country.

You know, the more information that comes out about her and her positions, the more the Democraps are scared. I know it’s gonna be a fun run between now and Nov 4. I can not WAIT til the debates!! :em02:

Is it just me, or does each new attemptto smear her sound increasingly like : Waaaaaaa!!!! You’re not my Mom!!!!
She’s a conservative woman in politics. I doubt that there isanything they can say, any name they could call her that would likely upset her.

Misha, you’re a bastage. I came home from work, checked my e-mail, found the very same tripe from Mor-on.org and yelled “Yes, the muse is back!”.
Then I come here and see you beat me to it. :em98: And to rub salt in the wound, ya did a better job at it then I ever could have. Good thing I love ya like a brother or I might have to make another Texas sojourn to settle some accounts. :em96:

Oh, I know there are a lot of seriously pissed wimmin out there, no doubt.
I just expect most of the luminatra to go home prior to the actual election, as opposed to what happens now during “make noise, blow smoke” time.
Conversely, though, how many of the 18 million “True Believers” would we have to snipe off of the Obamination to kill his chances forever?
All we need to get are about 10% of the ones who thought “hey, a sister on the ticket, cool!” to have what amounts to a landslide.

No Honor Among Idiots Either
There is no honor or decency among the left. To them, freedom of speech means the absolute right to degrade, vilify, besmirch and destroy anyone they chose using any lie, innuendo or fairytale that comes to mind. Truth is not in them because truth cannot abide rotting flesh.
It is so sad that the left can’t compete honestly and deal in facts and not fantasy. Sarah Palin is so far above them morally, spiritually and intelligently they have to try to knock her down to their size. I don’t think she can be reduced to something as small and sullen as the average Kos kid, as nebulous as a breath of Huffpo hot air or a Mooooooooove On bovine herd follower. The lack of even the most basic decency, civility or manners among liberal democrats is a national embarrassment. They should be ashamed, but they are degraded beyond where they can sense the scope of disgrace and dishonor that encompasses them like a grave. They exist on hate, lies and innuendo. I take comfort ethical people with good moral compasses are immune to their malicious and hateful rantings and know the filth they spew is from the feculent excrement on which they feed. :em72:
I have no use for soulless, rotting heaps of sullage that are incapable of contributing to the betterment of society. They are beyond contempt by all decent people. When I hear a leftist prattling about some exaggerated and untrue twaddle some other malignant twit has gleefully passed on, I feel a need to scrape it off my shoes and take a bath. Their hateful rantings make even the electrons used to transmit their filth stink. America would be a more genteel and gracious place if these rotting dung heaps of infamy were completely ignored, isolated from decent society and left to decompose from internal corruption. But I will pray for them. I am told that praying for those who despitefully use you heaps coals of fire upon their heads, I will pray hard and perhaps countless cases of spontaneous combustion will begin to purify what they have sullied.
