Are you looking for the CURRENT VERSION of the Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler?

Though not by her own father, as the Kostards have been suggesting for quite a while now, fully in keeping with their subhuman urge to out-swine swine.

Furthermore, she’s keeping the baby and she and the father are going to get married.

There’s a long post about this at Hot Air, and we really don’t have much to add.

Except for one thing: We really don’t see why this is seen as a “problem”, even by people in our own camp. We mean, it’s not hard to see why the Obamalytes would see it as one, they’ll spin the contents of the Palins’ breakfast into a “liability”, but why the heck normally intelligent people on our side see it as a potential problem is beyond us, and it suggests that our own pundits are as much out of touch with mainstream America as the Obamessiah is.

She’s seventeen, she gets pregnant, she and the father decide to get married and keep the baby instead of snorkeling it out with a Shop*Vac.

How is that a problem for Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sixpack who, last we checked, still make out a majority of people who actually vote? We realize that to the “intellectual” imbecilirati in and outside of the Beltway this isn’t “ideal” since, to them, careers are everything, but they don’t seem to realize that life outside of cocktail lounges is quite a bit different from the fish tank in which they’ve chosen to live.

Anybody with a teenage daughter, and there are quite a few of them, will realize what a tumultuous time that is, fraught with dangers of “not ideal” exigent circumstances to pop up. That’s the life of the mainstream American. Sure, you’d much rather that your daughter finished her education first before being “punished”, as the Obamessiah so charmingly put it, with a baby, but we also realize that love is a power unto itself and that it will not be denied.

You can fight it all you want with “serious talks” etc., and most of us do, because we want the best for our daughters and sons, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out that way. So what do we do? Ideally, we do what the Palins have done: We wipe our eyes, realize what the situation is as opposed to what we’d ideally like it to be, and we offer our full love and support for our children to help them get through the challenges ahead. And get through it they will. It’s not like teenage pregnancies are something new, nor is it a death sentence to any future aspirations you might have. It makes things a bit more difficult, but mainstream Americans are used to “difficult”, and when we encounter it we roll up our sleeves, adapt to the situation, and we overcome.

Why on Earth the Palins turning out to be, in yet another way, just like the majority of the rest of us should be a “problem” for Governor Palin’s candidacy is something we need explained to us, because we sure as Hades don’t understand it.

If anything, Bristol Palin’s pregnancy and her courage in choosing to keep the baby and marry the baby’s father, coupled with her parents’ loving support of it, proves to us that this is a family who knows how to deal with speed bumps in a loving, responsible and effective manner.

There were a number of egotistical, easy and truly irresponsible options open to them.

They chose none of them.

They chose the hard way because it was the right way.

Heck, if I didn’t already have the best parents in the world, I’d want the Palins to be my parents.

And this is a “problem?”

Only if you’re completely out of touch with the reality that most Americans live every day.

Also, I would like to express my admiration and respect for young Bristol Palin. That’s a tough decision to make, but you made it. You’re an example to your peers and I, an old coot, am deeply impressed.

Thatisall.

“Look, I got two daughters — 9 years old and 6 years old,” he said. “I am going to teach them first about values and morals, but if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby. I don’t want them punished with an STD at age 16, so it doesn’t make sense to not give them information.” - Barak Obamba

I made a mistake and became a father at 16. The idea that I was “punished” with my daughter is what is truly offensive.

We wipe our eyes, realize what the situation is as opposed to what we’d ideally like it to be,

This is antithesis to the Liberal mindset. They look at the situation as to how they would ideally LIKE it to be and them make decisions as though that were really the case.

And c’mon - She’s SEVENTEEN. Not TWELVE. A few months shy of adulthood is a world of difference from a few - or many - years shy of that magically transforming date. Plus, the father is most likely Alaskan. He’s probably considerably more capable than 90% of all Liberals.

I fathered my daughter when I was 16. I paid her mom half my pay until her mom married…..I was not required to in 1968. My daughter was raised by her “dad” to become a successful teacher and she and her husband have given me 6 grandkids.

Linda is my oldest granddaughter and is a 2LT in the Corps.

Linda’s grandmom refused to marry me when I asked……….I begged more like it. A very smart woman.

How the FUCK does this worthless fucking cunt still walk upright? This whore should be running around on all fours eating her shit because she sure a HELL doesn’t belong to the human race:

    kayinmaine Says:

Oh yes. Governor Sarah Palin wants us all to believe that she was the one who was pregnant at the end of last year and didn’t know it until she announced it to the people of Alaska when she was 7 months pregnant. Her water breaks while in Texas and instead of going straight to a hospital in Texas, the pregnant Sarah decides to finish her speech and then flys back to Alaska (how many hours is this flight? Holy cow!). No one on board the commercial airliner said Sarah appeared to be in labor or was experiencing discomfort after her water broke. She then goes to a hospital in Alaska and doesn’t give birth until the next morning.

It’s very obvious to us with those of us with a brain in our heads that Sarah Palin flew back to Alaska to be by the side of her daughter who was pregnant with Trig!

Where’s the birth certificate? No one knows. Where are the pictures on the Alaskan government’s website of the pregnant Sarah? They’ve been scrubbed and citizens of America are not allowed to view any of them now. Why? Is it because Sarah Palin wasn’t pregnant? Yep. Sure is.

Oh, but guess what? Today, Bristol Palin, Sarah’s 17 year old daughter, is now officially pregnant! Can’t ya just feel the honesty oozing out of the Palin’s today! Well, isn’t that swell! And let me guess….after this baby is born, Bristol will have another one! Holy cow, Bristol Palin is a baby factory. No wonder her mother wanted to protect her when Bristol got pregnant the first time at age 16 with baby Trig!

Maybe this is why Sarah’s first son is being sent to Iraq? With one Downs Syndrome child already in the family (sometimes incest can cause Downs Syndrome), I’m sure it would be very embarrassing for the family to have another….only because….the oldest son keeps fathering his sister’s kids! Okay, this is going off on a limb here, but it couldn’t be far off. We honestly don’t know who the father is because Trig’s birth certificate is off limits at the moment!

As I’ve been saying over the course of the last two days, if Sarah Palin was truly pregnant with her 5th child and it wasn’t her daughter Bristol who was, then Sarah would have no problem showing Americans pictures of her in her private life over the past year that shows a pregnant belly on her. See? It’s all very simple. If she can’t do that, then expect more scrutiny and us telling you that you’ve abused your power in all of this! Honesty gets you far….covering up & lying does not.

  8. hitnrun Comment by hitnrun UNITED STATES

Anyone else reading the labyrinthine theories (like the one Light posts above) who is forcibly reminded of the 9/11 truthers? “That belly can’t possibly be fat, fat doesn’t grow ‘like that’, that’s a baby.” So very reminiscent of “the massive skyscraper burning from the inside at Venusian temperatures couldn’t have collapsed!” and “the airplane that pulverized the side of a massive building should have left an airplane-sized hole in the wall!”

Science used to be a method for understanding reality. With the new left, it’s now a method for transcending reality.

I feel like I’ve lost a piece of my soul any time I go over there, no matter how brief the visit is……I prefer to stay away from there, it’s just to filthy for me.

Now I’ve seen the consequences of teen pregnancy in the high school where I taught, babies having babies as you might say. As much as I disagree with teenagers having sex and being taught HOW to do it in schools, I was very impressed with the care these poor young mothers and their babies got in school….they were welcomed, and taught how to be mothers…..those that chose to deliver their babies that is.

I can’t for the life of me see why this is such a big issue, CNN is masking it by enclosing it in a running (for 2 hours now) debate about whether sex education or abstinence should be taught in schools…..shallow bastards that they are.

So what would you rather shine a light on, the teenage daughter of the VP nominee being pregnant? or the association of the demoRat presidential nominee with known terrorists and murderers like bill ayers? Seems obama’s ass wipers in the msm would rather take the preggers road…….

I can’t for the life of me see why this is such a big issue, CNN is masking it by enclosing it in a running (for 2 hours now) debate about whether sex education or abstinence should be taught in schools…..shallow bastards that they are.

I see an issue, alright, but it’s not what the Moron Stream Media would like it to be.

I see a young woman faced with an almost impossible decision at a point in her life where most nobody would fault her, based on her tender years, for making the wrong one. I see her making the right one in spite of all of the difficulties she will face as a result. I see her family backing her up.

I see a young woman acting the way that I wish that my daughters, if I had any which I, lamentably, don’t, would act. I see a young man accepting his responsibility in a way that would make me proud if he were one of the Heirs, right after I got done chewing them out for being careless, that is. Bottom line: we all do things that we probably shouldn’t have done. The difference between men and vermin is whether we choose to own up to it and accept our responsibility.

I’m glad that young Bristol found a young man who knew the code of honor and is worthy of her. If I were his father I would still have to have a talk with him about letting his hormones do the talking, but all of that would be secondary to the pride of knowing that my son, having effed up, chose to do the right thing.

It’s easy to do the right thing when the right thing is easy to do. Doing it when it isn’t makes you a man. Or a woman, which is also the case here. And standing by your kids when they’re facing the realities of life for the first time makes you one heck of a parent.

I congratulate all of them. They’re what I want myself and my kids to be, and that’s the end of it.

I have two nephews who have children out of wedlock. Guess what? I still love em. I love to see pictures of the babies…well…the oldest is 5…and *gasp* his mother is black! So I have a great nephew. I have a great niece who is about 4. I also have another nephew who thought he was a father. His girlfriend told him that he was the father of her baby. He assumed he was, and was doing everything he could to help take care of the little girl, even getting an after school job to earn money to help. But for some reason he had his doubts, and at 16, saved his money to have a DNA test done. He was crushed to find out he was not the father. He had come to love that little baby.

Why should anyone want to try to smear this family for what happened? Just because she’s running for VP does not mean that her children should be attacked in this manner. I would feel the same way if a Democrat’s child were in the same situation. Judge the candidates themselves by their own experiences, actions, and associations….leave the kids out of it.

The bottom line with the libturds is pointing to the faults and short comings of other peoples behavior to legitimize their own. To them, hooking up is the ultimate weapon against parental authority. It’s the capital in your face to those of us who don’t accept them on their terms. And so long as the family exists they will war against it because they were judged against it. Ergo the family must be extirpated so their egos may triumph. They are and will remain perennial children, for their raison d’etre is the elimination of anyone who has the power to say NO to a child, unless they are teachers or government bureaucrats. And having neither the inclination or ability to form lasting relationships they work to destroy the Sarah Palins of this world who are successful and happy. Nor do they care a wit that the end result will be an anthill peopled by atomistic alienated dysfunctional ambulatory roadkills bereft of purpose and like themselves, incapable of achieving happiness and satisfaction. Their old wheeze, “hey hey, ho ho, western civ has got to go,” will displace “In God We Trust” if they aren’t stopped. We can’t afford to yield any more ground, philosophical or otherwise.

Oh, yeah. Didn’t happen. Gentleman’s agreement as I recall, and any hint of such action was roundly criticized, as it should have been. That, my friends, is class.
Too bad the left can’t find any. Barry O had to be coached during an interview to say the families are off limits. This of course won’t stop the madness, it’s just damage control so he can distance himself from it. Real class would have been him issuing a statement late Friday or early Saturday saying the families were off-limits, before the (white noise) insanity started.
My own eldest daughter left home at 16, against my express wishes (but I was the step-father, what the hell did I know) and ended up with 2 kids and no education by the time she was 20. She has worked hard at 2 jobs to put herself through school and college while raising those kids, all without public assistance I might add (because Dad wouldn’t take it). A tough road she chose, and not one I would have chosen for her, but I couldn’t be prouder of her for the way she has faced her responsibilities and dealt with a situation that she freely admits was of her own making.
I’m sure that Todd and Sarah Palin would have chosen a different path for Bristol, but the fact that she is facing her responsibilities rather than taking the easy road out of them speaks volumes, not only about the young lady in question but also about those who raised her.
I’d rather have Sarah Palin in the White House than any of these Ivy-league self-selected nobility pricks. She has her problems, but she deals with them. Kind of like the rest of us.

The closest thing to an attack on Chelsea Clinton I recall seeing from anybody on the Right, was a throwaway line in one of P.J. O’Rourke’s essays back in Bill Clinton’s first term. O’Rourke made a comment to the effect that “No, I’m not going to criticise Chelsea, because some of us have been stuck in an awkward adolescent stage for the past twenty years. But I will tell Hillary to quit fussing with her hair and do something about Chelsea’s!”

Which, of course, was more of a snarky comment aimed at Hillary and O’Rourke himself, than Chelsea.

I also remember Rush Limbaugh actually coming to the defense of Al Gore III a couple of years ago after the youngest Gore, who has a history of alcohol and drug-abuse problems, was busted for DUI by the California Highway Patrol after being clocked at over 100 miles an hour in his Prius. Limbaugh was urging Gore to get into a good rehab program…because rehab had done so much to help Limbaugh get his own life straightened out.

So…compare and contrast those two examples with what the Kos Kidz, Alan Colmes and Excitable Andy Sullivan have been doing to Bristol Palin all weekend.

You’re absolutely right, cmblake6, that is exactly what they think that they’re accomplishing.

Which, coincidentally, is quite hilarious, because obviously they have become victims of their own retarded Christians=Taliban nonsensical propaganda to the point where they actually believe it themselves.

Those liberal assraisins, the very same subretarded mongrels who ever so often will try to teach us actual Christians what the Bible says, have swallowed their own single digit IQ Kool-Aid for so long now that they actually believe their own fantasies. They really do believe that Christians demand that anybody “impure” in the slightest way must be cast to the wolves, that love, understanding, forgiveness and belief in the healing power of Christ is something that they came up with and that we, therefore, will turn unanimously against anybody who is even accused of having committed what the liberals consider being a sin. More accurately, what the helplessly mentally deficient liberal hordes think that we consider a sin.

They have completely and deliberately ignored the central tenet of Christian faith, which is that we are all sinners, and that whether we sin or not matters not nearly as much, since we all do it, as the way in which we choose to deal with our own sin. Hate the sin, love the sinner.

If only those communist cockslurpers of the left would have bothered to go to church just once, ONCE in their lives they would know this. Instead, they choose to imagine that we’re no different from fundamentalist pisslamists, most likely because the thought of stoning women for speaking out of turn gives the misogynist, hateful little leftist vermin hard-ons, something that nothing apart from the teleprompter-delivered drivel of their Obamessiah is capable of doing.

This garbage is obviously written by someone who’s never given birth. Not all labors begin immediately when the water breaks. I was at my cousin’s wedding reception at a fancy hotel. My water broke, but I didn’t have contractions yet, so I stayed to enjoy the party. I have VERY quick labor and deliveries, my daughter was born 3 1/2 hours later, after the party was over, after I went home to gather my supplies, and after I got to the hospital. Not all women are wimps.

Also, women have been having babies out of wedlock and as teenagers since the beginning of time. It happens, all the time. Obviously to the nasty moonbats, it’s only bad and weird if it happens to a conservative. Sigh….

My sister-in-law found herself 19, pregnant and in college. Her boyfriend abandoned her and their baby. Her parents helped her raise her daughter while finishing college. Terrible Troy:

We are in fact at war. It has not gone hot yet, but it exists. May I offer something from Mark Steyn last year:
    http://www.macleans......242_110242

The ‘cold civil war’ in the U.S.

The common space required for civil debate has shrivelled to a very thin sliver of ground

    MARK STEYN | October 22, 2007 |

William Gibson, South Carolinian by birth, British Columbian by choice, is famous for inventing the word “cyberspace,” way back in 1982. His latest novel, Spook Country, offers another interesting coinage:

Alejandro looked over his knees. “Carlito said there is a war in America.”

    “A war?”

    “A civil war.”

“There is no war, Alejandro, in America.”

“When grandfather helped found the DGI, in Havana, were the Americans at war with the Russians?”

“That was the ‘cold war.’ ”

Alejandro nodded, his hands coming up to grip his knees. “A cold civil war.”

Tito heard a sharp click from the direction of Ochun’s vase, but thought instead of Eleggua, He Who Opens And Closes The Roads. He looked back at Alejandro.

    “You don’t follow politics, Tito.”

    BREAK

What would that entail, exactly? A cold war is a war without conflict, defined in one of several online dictionaries as “[a] state of rivalry and tension between two factions, groups, or individuals that stops short of open, violent confrontation.” In that respect, is the current political climate one of “cold civil war”? I think arguments could be made to that effect. My mother, not much of a political enthusiast, has made similar assessments since the 2000 election …

Indeed. A year before this next election in the U.S., the common space required for civil debate and civilized disagreement has shrivelled to a very thin sliver of ground. Politics requires a minimum of shared assumptions. To compete you have to be playing the same game: you can’t thwack the ball back and forth if one of you thinks he’s playing baseball and the other fellow thinks he’s playing badminton. Likewise, if you want to discuss the best way forward in the war on terror, you can’t do that if the guy you’re talking to doesn’t believe there is a war on terror, only a racket cooked up by the Bushitler and the rest of the Halliburton stooges as a pretext to tear up the constitution.

Americans do not agree on the basic meaning of the last seven years. If you drive around an Ivy League college town — home to the nation’s best and brightest, allegedly — you notice a wide range of bumper stickers, from the anticipatory(”01/20/09″ — the day of liberation from the Bush tyranny)to the profane(”Buck Fush”)to the myopically self-indulgent(”Regime Change Begins At Home”)to the exhibitionist paranoid(”9/11 Was An Inside Job”). Let’s assume, as polls suggest, that next year’s presidential election is pretty open: might be a Democrat, might be a Republican. Suppose it’s another 50/50 election with a narrow GOP victory dependent on the electoral college votes of one closely divided state. It’s not hard to foresee those stickered Dems concluding that the system has now been entirely delegitimized.

Obviously the vast majority of Americans are not foaming partisans. It would be foolish to adduce any general theories from, say, Mr. “Ed Funkhouser,” who emailed me twice in the small hours of Tuesday: the first epistle read, in total, “who needs facts indeed. How do you live with yourself, scumbag?” An hour and a half later he realized he’d forgotten to make his devastating assessment of my sexual orientation, and sent a follow-up: “you are a f–kin’ moron. and probably queer too!” No doubt. Mr. Funkhouser and his friends on the wilder shores of the Internet are unusually stirred up, to a degree most Americans would find perverse. Life is good, food is plentiful, there are a million and one distractions. In advanced democracies, politics is not everything, and we get on with our lives. In a sense, we outsource politics to those who want it most and participate albeit fitfully in whatever parameters of discourse emerge. For half a decade, the “regime change” and “inside job” types have set the pace.

We are not speaking the same language as the other side. We do not have the same culture as the other side. And we cannot fully comprehend each other. There is a difference between the Left, the Democrat imitating RINO’s, and the rest of us that is all but unbridgable. That gulf is arguably wider than the cultural differences between the North and the South in 1861.

I am voting for Palin, not McCain; and even if we win that battle, I know that McCain will govern as much as possible from the other side of that gulf as long as he is in office. I expect to be insulted and attacked by both parties, even if we win. Can you imagine how disassociated from reality the Left will be if they actually lose? As we write here, Republican delegates in Minneapolis are being physically attacked in the streets by the allies of the Democrats. There is no outcry from the media, and if you visit the sites of the nutroots that are the allies of the Democrats I am sure you will find nothing by approval. We are not in a hot war yet, largely because we have chosen to accept being attacked and grant the enemy impunity. How long that state of affairs will obtain is unknowable. But I expect that it is a finite period.

aLL RIGHT THEN, One fracking letter at a time

My only questions from a grandfather to a grandmother are these:
    1) Will you love your grandchild any less for being a little premature?
    2) Will you love your daughter any less?

If the answers to 1&2 are no. Well, then. FUCK them.

Love it. Kiss it. Protect it. Cherish it.

That is all. If Tod is busy. Simply ask for the protection of the Imperial schutztruppen.
We seldom take prisoners. They are sooo inconvenient.

I’d like to first offer congratulations to Bristol and her soon to be husband on their up coming nupituals. And then offer an apology on behalf of the inhuman race (media/Libtards) for the hell they are about to no doubt go through.

Most marriages have problems, but I fear for the next four to eight years that poor Bristol and her soon to be husband are going to have them in Vice-Presidential-Spades. While I can’t stand the idea of Obama becoming president, and I will be voting for their mother/mother-in-law; I can’t help but almost wish, for their sake, that Sara-cuda lose, just to save the new couple the onslaught of attention.

That aside, I married my high school sweetheart at the age of 21 because we were expecting a child. While it isn’t how we wanted, it was what it was. I’ve never regretted that decision to marry or for both of to keep our eldest son.

    Good luck, godspeed…

Win or lose the election…how much longer can we allow such a cancer to exist within our “body?”

I fear it will not be long before this cold civil war becomes hot. Flashpoints are already being established by the left, and all the left needs is an excuse.

If you live near a major urban area, plan your escape routes carefully.

As far as the Palins go, I’m sure the left is disappointed that the child has not had a screwdriver stuck in it’s ear.

This smearing is a bunch of crap by the Demonrats(not to be confused with Democrats).

Flash Point. Not to be forgotten.

    http://www.powerline.....021387.php

A little later, a busload of Cub Scouts were en route to the convention, where they were to present the colors to open the convention. A group of protesters–liberals, Obama supporters, or whatever–blocked the road, surrounded the bus, and attacked it, rocking the bus back and forth, denting and scratching the sides, and generally terrifying the children trapped inside. The left-wing protesters attacked a number of buses in the same way, but there is something especially despicable about attacking a group of Cub Scouts.

I suspect that the finite period of time is getting shorter.

You kidding? I’m planning my firing lanes carefully and stockpiling ammo. Why would I want to escape?

To steal a line from The Watchmen that I will no doubt be shouting down-range…:
“NONE of you understands! *I* am not trapped in here with YOU, *YOU* are trapped in here with *ME*.”
