Justice Department lawyer John O’Quinn asked Urbina to stay the order for a week, giving the government time to evaluate its options and file an appeal. Urbina rejected that request and ordered the Uighurs to appear in his courtroom for a hearing on Friday. He said he would then release them into the custody of 17 Uighur families living in the Washington area.

At least we needn’t worry about terrorists sneaking across our porous borders anymore. All they have to do to get into the country, free as a bird, is to get captured on the battlefield in violation of every single article of the Geneva Conventions, then wait for a fucknozzle activist, terrorist-sympathizing traitor “judge” to release them into society.
If “judges” like Urbina, may he have lived the longest time by now, had been around during WWII, the Nazis wouldn’t have had to smuggle spies and saboteurs into the nation by U-Boat in the middle of the night.
Heck, they could’ve just surrendered a few Panzer Divisions and then started the invasion the moment the “judge” decided to release them all.

And this is a surprise? The American Snivel Liberties Union has been providing legal counsel for terrorists pro bono for years now, and Affirmative Action quota judges like this asshat have been bending over forwards for them..
Of course, we do have the solace of the knowledge that these Koranimals will be released in the District of Columbia; with any luck, they’ll self-detonate in the courthouse of the “judge” who released them…

Bush should simply tell the judge that not only is his order going to be ignored, but arrest the judge for aiding and abetting the enemy in time of war.
