Again: What puzzles us primarily here isn’t whether plaintiff’s claims are accurate or not, it’s why on EARTH the Obamarx continues stalling and refusing to release papers that are easily producible if, as he and his counsel claims, plaintiff’s claims are ridiculous. Particularly since throwing those papers at plaintiff, if Obamarx’s claims are accurate, would make the whole case moot.
Obambi sure must love spending thousands upon thousands of dollars on silly suits, just for the sheer fun of it.

I had expected this case to be laughed out of court some time ago with a judge needing to have his sides sewed back up. Interesting that this hasn’t happened.
Now here’s one for ya. What if he actually *Isn’t* qualified to be president due to not being a U.S. citizen?
Suppose he is elected and sworn in, then a couple of weeks later it’s proven he can’t be president.
Now what?
Obama would have to step aside and allow Vice president Biden to become president :em38:
What if Obama won’t step down? Then Congress would be obligated to remove him. I think it’s safe to assume the communists won’t allow that to happen.
So now you have real issues.
First, The military would be obligated not to follow his orders. That means the football will be removed from the White House.
If Congress does as expected, nothing, then you will have people seriously thinking of doing things not in accordance with the laws of the land. :em96:
All this turd needs to do is produce the relevant documents. It’s beginning to look more and more like he can’t produce the documents.

I see no problem with Mr Bergs request. The One running for the most important job in the world should have to prove his citizenship. I had too to renew my professional license a few months ago. However I can understand problems in getting a copy of a birth certificate. I do not have one and have not been able to get one because of changes in how one proves who they are.

I just saw that video, BiW. Up until I first heard of the Berg suit, I didn’t really think much of all the commotion surrounding Obama’s birth certificate, because I sincerly believed that all of the appropriate alphabet agencies would have seen all of the paperwork, and pronounce Obama, well, lack of a better word, fit. Let’s say eligible. That works better. I read through Berg’s suit, though, and it’s quite the eye opener. Apparently, the DNC took it on say-so, and nobody else is charged with doing the footwork. Mr. Berg’s video- understand, he apparently isn’t doing this out of commismeration with our side of the fence- pretty much convinces me that Barry Sotero has quite a lot to hide. For what it’s worth, I’m sorry for my loud ignorance on the matter. Now, I know better. And I do have a copy saved. :em69:
