I do believe that this kind of settles it. I have been following up on this. It is not just Justice Stevens. Apparently the whole Court has gone along with the vote fraud. The point is procedural, in that according to the Court, ONLY the US Attorney General ["Lord Mukassy-the-AWOL"] has legal standing to challenge Brunner. If he chooses to, the Department of Justice [to be renamed Komitet po Gosudarsvennoy Bezopasnosti after January] can shut Brunner down with a phone call. The odds of any member of this Administration, or the Institutional Republican Party as a whole, actually opposing any Democrat criminal activity are about the same as the odds of Mahmoud Ahmadinijad joining the Hassidic sect and having a Bris on nationwide Iranian TV in the next week.
The Democratic Party has been given sanction by the Supreme Court, and the Administration through inaction, to falsify as many votes as they can arrange.
I do not claim that it is hopeless. I counsel fighting on electorally as long and as hard as possible. I take comfort in the fact that despite the polling being absurdly slanted with overwhelming falsified Democrat registration percentages; the best that they can come up with is a statistical dead heat. We are far from done. Indeed, if the “Joe the Plumber” story goes viral, and the Democrats’ character assassination becomes the story, things look pretty good, assuming we can get a margin larger than their cheating.
However, we can plan on two tracks. After all, we are Conservatives and are capable of multi-tasking and contingency planning. It is now plain for all to see that in the event that Barack Hussein Obama is installed as “president”, it will be as a result of illegal and unconstitutional activity. As such, he will be the illegitimate occupant of the White House, and no loyal [to the Constitution] American citizen will owe him obedience or loyalty. Compliance can be coerced at gunpoint, or implied gunpoint by threat of arrest and imprisonment. But just as it is the duty of American military personnel to resist their captors to the best of their ability when a prisoner; it will be the duty of American citizens to resist those who have usurped the legitimate right to govern. By their complicity and participation in the installation of an illegitimate president; no Democrat and no RINO can be considered to be in office with the consent of the governed after such an event. It is no longer a matter of “questioning their patriotism”. That question has been answered. Free men need no longer consider them worthy of civil discourse. It is time to give serious consideration to a track 2.

Regionalize, Identify the folks in your region, TRAC FONES..relatively cheap, Phone Tree, I seems to me that each region contains a member of management. This should keep us together long enough to get back up and running should something happen to the current method. Im sure command guidance will come once it is determined the necessity to implement comes to fruition.

The Formation of the Secret Police
To protect the newly established Bolshevik government from counter-revolutionaries and other political opponents, the Bolsheviks created a secret police, the CHEKA, in December of 1917.
The Bolsheviks had planned to hold a trial for the former Tsar, but in July of 1918, when the White Army was advancing on Yekaterinburg where the former royal family was being held, Sverdlov acceded to the request of the local Soviet to execute the Tsar right away, rather than having him freed by the Whites. The Tsar and the rest of his immediate family were executed.
Censorship was quickly imposed, and it was up to the Cheka to confiscate the literature of dissident workers: “[On] November 17 the Central Executive Committee passed a decree giving the Bolsheviks control over all newsprint and wide powers of closing down newspapers critical of the regime…” (Leonard Shapiro, The Communist Party of the Soviet Union).
Workers were re-forming independent soviets; the Cheka broke them up. Independent newspapers criticized Lenin’s government; the Cheka closed them down, until the Bolshevik-controlled Pravda and Izvestia had a monopoly on the supply of “news.” Shapiro asserts that “the refusal to come to terms with the socialists and the dispersal of the Constituent assembly led to the logical result that revolutionary terror would now be directed, not only against traditional enemies, such as the bourgeoisie or right-wing opponents, but against anyone, be he socialist, worker, or peasant, who opposed Bolshevik rule.”
Lenin and the Red Terror
Following the assassination attempt on Lenin and the successful assassination of Petrograd Chief of Secret Police Moisei Uritsky, Joseph Stalin, in a telegram, urged that a policy of “open and systematic mass terror” be instigated against “those responsible.” The other Bolsheviks agreed, and instructed Felix Dzerzhinsky, whom Lenin had appointed to head the Cheka in 1917, to commence a “Red Terror”, which was officially announced to the public on September 1, 1918, by the Bolshevik newspaper Krasnaya Gazeta.
Lenin instructed: “It is necessary—secretly and urgently to prepare the Terror.”
Suspected enemies could expect brutal torture, flogging, maiming or execution. Some were shot, others drowned, buried alive, or hacked to death by swords. Quite often those about to be executed were forced to dig their own graves. Many lurid accounts of these atrocities were produced.
Historian Orlando Figes claims the torture practiced by the Chekas was matched only by the Spanish Inquisition. The only published Soviet statistics regarding Cheka executions are the semi-official ones provided by the Chekist Martin Latsis, limited to RSFSR over the period 1918–1920, giving the grand total of 12,733 executed, including 3,082 for “taking part in rebellions,” 2,024 for “membership of counter-revolutionary organisations,” 643 for “gangsterism,” 455 for “incitement to revolution,” 206 for “corruption,” 102 for “desertion,” and the same number for “espionage.”
These statistics are considered by many scholars to be decidedly understated, as they did not embrace the war zones of the Ukraine or the Crimea. In the latter at least 50,000 people were shot or hanged after General Wrangel was put down at the end of 1920. Some historians estimate that between 1917 and 1922, up to 280,000 people were killed by the Chekas, of which about half perished through summary executions and the other half through the suppression of rebellions (e.g. Tambov Rebellion).
Orlando Figes goes so far as to assert that it is possible more people were killed by the Cheka than died in battle.
According to the Black Book of Communism, in May of 1919 there were 16,000 people in labour camps based on the old Tsarist katorga labour camps, and in September 1921 there were more than 70,000. Lenin’s Hanging Order documents that Lenin himself ordered terror on August 11, 1918.
According to Figes, Lenin had always been an advocate of “mass terror against enemies of the revolution” and was open about his view that the proletarian state was a system of organized violence against the capitalist establishment. Figes also claims that the Terror, while encouraged by the Bolsheviks, had its roots in a popular anger against the privileged. When Kamenev and Bukharin tried to curb the excesses of the Cheka in late 1918, it was Lenin who defended it.
Lenin remained an advocate of mass terror. In a letter of March 19, 1922, to Molotov and the members of the Politburo, following an uprising by the clergy in the town of Shuia, Lenin outlined a brutal plan of action against the clergy and their followers, who were defying the government decree to remove church valuables:
“We must (…) put down all resistance with such brutality that they will not forget it for several decades. (…) The greater the number of representatives of the reactionary clergy and reactionary bourgeoisie we succeed in executing (…) the better.”
Estimates of the numbers of the clergy killed vary. According to The Black Book of Communism, 2,691 priests, 1,962 monks and 3,447 nuns were killed in 1922. The late Alexander Yakovlev, head of the Presidential Committee for the Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repression, cites documents that confirm nearly 3,000 were put to death in 1918 alone.
In September 1918, during the Red Terror, 25 former tsarist ministers and high civil servants along with 765 so-called White Guards were shot in Moscow. Lenin personally signed the execution lists.

I would remind the LC’s that Lenin’s “Bolsheviki“, despite the name, were very much a minority. But they were a ruthless minority with a plan. It does not take a majority. I recommend that the book Coup d’ Etat by political scientist Edward Luttwak. It is a study, from a political scientists point of view, of the mechanisms of coups, how they are done and how to spot them in progress, and how instant reaction can bring one to a messy end. Hell, if I could give a copy to every serving officer as a kind of vaccination, I would. The enemy has a ruthless minority. And they have the levers to control cannon fodder who may not know just what is going down until it does. OPSEC and division of labor being the heart of such actions. For those familiar with reaction times in hand to hand combat, and OODA loops; political institutions have both.

Once again, I submit that His Majesty and the Imperial War Cabinet [limited group of undoubted and unclouded loyalty] should meet, discuss, and decide. Probably every LC should establish both a pseudonymous back up email, and a snail mail dead drop. TRAC PHONES, when the bloody things work [they don't around here] are a good idea. There would need to be coordination, especially at first, setting up cells and alternate com routes. That implies that by non-website means, the emails, dead drops, and TRAC PHONE numbers be forwarded to a coordinating group. That coordinating group would have it own emails, etc. separate from the ROTT site that must be used from inception. This is also OPSEC, and to be honest there are those on this site whose sympathies might be with the other side. We have an advantage for organizing in that all registered LC’s have contact info already at hand. We also have a disadvantage in that the contact info is already at hand, and may be compromised. There are a lot of two edged swords.
And THAT my fellow LC’s is about all that should be discussed in the clear.

We are three peas in a pod. I have not yet beenable to read Figes, but he’s on my shelf. But very mush in line with what I lerned in grad shcool reading Richard Pipes, George Leggett, and Robert Conquest.
In addition to his seminal history The Great Terror, and many other essential books, Bob Conquest also wrote a shorter, more general book What To Do When the Russians Come, A Survivor’s Guide. Stein & Day, 1984. I highly recommend it.

We must understand that the essential for each of us is to be firmly fixed and resolved, each in our own minds. We may very well be completely isolated, and out of touch with rike-minded Rotties. Think of yourself as trapped and cut off behind enemy lines. It was something like that during my years as a rightwinger and unapologetic Viet Nam vet in academia.
This is why I have repeatedly urged you to read the writngs of the Soviet dissidents. They actually lived what we may be preparing for, and worse. And they lived it when they had no reason to believe that they would ever win and see the burden lifted. Think of those people who endured, isolated and never suspecting to see the end, unless you count the basement of the Lefortovo or Lubyanka. That mental and spiritual toughness is one of the things I most admire about the Russian tradition. The East Europeans at least had their national identity to help sustain them, but the Russians had not even that.
Or think of Whittaker Chambers who wrote that when he left the Communist Party to oppose it, he believed he was “joining the losing side”; actually that is the way I felt throughout the 1960s and 1970s, even into the 1980s. And feel again now.
Or perhaps think of Col. Bud Day, captured in North Viet Nam, escaped and recaptured, and resistign until 1973. And think of our other Viet Nam POWs, some of whom resisted and held out even to death. And among those POWs, think of John McCain.
If you can fight, then do so. If you are disarmed, or unable to fight, resist. Sharansky, Solzhenitsyn, Amalrik, Bukovsky, Niemoller, Walesa, Chambers, Day, and so many others were all very ordinary people, just like you, who ould have been far happier to lead ordinary live, who feared, who did not see themselves as heroes or symbols. They were just stubborn men, just like you and me, but they were determined to cling to reality and the truth, no matter the cost. They were not concerned withtheir reputation or being later vindicated; all that mattered was holding on to their truth - and reality. Though I hope we need not rise to the test, I believe that most of us can. What ordinary people have done before, ordinary people can do again. You can be as good as Joe.
