Gratuitously piggy backing on the Emperors post below, I came across this at Michelle’s place. Send Sarah! a message and counteract the fuck-nozzles Misha talked about.

Already done… and an honor to do it, too!

Sent her a letter, I hope her aides let her read it. Probably got circular filed for calling her running(away)mate “McDouche”. Which sounds like a limited edition shake from McDonald’s oddly enough…maybe I should trademark it before they get wise. “McRib and McDouche is back for a limited time…”

Those nasty comments on the petition are disgusting. Fuck-nozzles isn’t strong enough. :em58:
What the hell is wrong with people? Apparently the short-attention-span crowd isn’t aware of how these things run in cycles the same as the economy does when it’s regulated. Do they think they’re in charge forever? Because that doesn’t happen. God, what pompous, entitled, greedy, asshole crybabies.
November 7th, 2008 at 12:04 AMUsing
Already done, and I included a promise to vote for her should she run in 2012…
…Since I just logged onto the Rott and saw this article at the top of the page, I haven’t yet had a chance to read Misha’s take on McCain’s staffers getting the knives out for Sarah Palin, so apologies if I’m covering the same ground.
I too am appalled at what they’re doing to Palin - if it wasn’t for Sarahcuda, McCain would have ended up in the same category as George McGovern and Walter Mondale - and if McCain is truly the honorable person he claims to be, he would already have put a hard and public stop to this bullshit.
We had enough of this crap from the likes of Andrew Sullivan, Tina Fey and the MSM. Although the behavior of folks like Kathleen Parker and Christopher Buckley hinted at what was to come…and win or lose, I was already thinking certain folks on “our side” were getting ready to stick it to Palin. I’m sorry to find I was right.
The sad truth of the matter is that if this is what we could have expected of a McCain administration - like Obama, one could reasonably suspect that they’d govern as they campaigned - then maybe it’s just as well that McCain lost.

[...] Maybe they can delete some of the pond scum comments on it before it goes out to Governor Palin. here are a coplle of examples swiped from LC Mrs. M-ITT™ at the Rott [...]

What you said.
McCain, though heroic in Nam, has been a hell of a lot less heroic on this issue. And I must say, it really chaps my hide to see him let his minions treat a lady like that.
All these poisonous types who claim our beauteous Sarah doesn’t know that Africa is a continent (yeah, right) are instantly on the defense for Obambo, he of the “I’ve campaigned in 57 states so far, and may visit a couple more before I’m through!” brain fart.
But Fox is wetting the bed because they know that Mr Long Knives, who’s been playing by Third World Rules, will gut them like a fish the minute he assumes the throne. They hope that by throwing him Sarah’s bleeding carcass, they can buy him off. What bastards.
BTW, did anyone else hear Sean Hannity (the only one besides Limbaugh who hasn’t lost his guts) go after an Obambo spokescreature for the Rahm Emanuel appointment? Hannity said “this guy sent a pollster who displeased him a DEAD FISH. How is that the new civility???”
Thugs, thugs, thugs. This is what we have to look forward to.

sent a quick note her way as well. Palin in ‘12 (regardless who her VP is *grin*)

Signature and note sent; promising that if she decides to stay in the national political spotlight and fight on, my family will support her no matter what party she is running in. If the Republicans dodge Left, they will do it without me.

I had a little thought that way be waaaay off base but bear with me.
The MSM is claiming this “multiple leaks from the McCain camp” right?
Thats the same MSM that openly barracked for Barack all the way from the primaries onwards? That did everything in its power to see him elected?
It wouldnt be much of a stretch to believe they are taking a bit of pre-emptive action to nobble what might be a viable chalenger to their tin god before the next election even starts?
Are there name attached to there staffers yet? Or should peoples bullshit antennas be twitching over this story?
November 7th, 2008 at 2:18 AMUsing
The ONLY thing I believe was the towel story, and I’m honestly not getting what the hell was wrong with these people for MAKING it a “story.” What the hell reaction are we supposed to have? ZOMG she showers??! The rest of it, I don’t believe a word. Seriously. That woman is smart as a whip - people just underestimate her so badly that stupid stories like that can fly with the dumber crowd and the leftist crowd - partly because she’s so nice. People think nice = stupid. It doesn’t.

I saw the petition on MM’s site last night and happily signed. (Somewhere on trhe 6k’s area) I also said I look forward to the Palin/Jindal campaign followed by the Palin/Jindal administration. :em04: :em69:
Now the second thing we need to do is go after those moronic RINO’s that are trashing her. Will, Krauthammer, Noonan, etc. They hate her because she isn’t one of the “Beltway BS Artists.” :em72:
Rush Limbaugh was on a tear over some of the manure coming out of the campaign. The losers and crybabies are blaming her for the loss. They can’t stand the fact that “This commoner” was actually more popular then McCain.
Personally I think she was responsible for preventing a complete republican meltdown. If McStupid had gone with Lieberman, (A nice guy for a Lib), or one of his other pals, the repubs would have been looking at a 15-20 point landslide in favor of The One.
Now it is the time for all good people to come to the aid of Palin and help clean out the cesspool of scum and villainy known as the RNC.
Step one: Palin chooses a good, honest conservative to fill the seat of soon to be jailed felon Stevens. The new person builds a rep for honesty and principle, (Plus ticks off the Beltway bandits) and then wins the new election held 90 days later. :em93:

Went onto the petition site but the message said it was closed. Well, I’m pleased there was such a great response.
The viciousness flung at Gov. Palin during this campaign was the worst I have ever witnessed against a nominee of any office in this country. It was sickening to see a decent, capable woman and her family trashed in such a vile manner! And it’s still going on. I hope those f**kers get theirs. I hope they displease Teh One and his henchmen in some way and find out what a real dictatorship is like.

I put the stamp on my three page hand written letter of thanks, to her and her family, for putting up with vile base attacks on her and on them, and for laying waste to the carefully crafted perception that we need a ruling class, well-versed in finessing nuances to give the impression that they are about our business, when she and others like her simply come in and do things. I asked her to stay involved and weather the storm so that we might be able to cast a vote for conservatism in the next election.
November 7th, 2008 at 10:35 AMUsing
Signed. She has my vote.
November 7th, 2008 at 10:25 PMUsing
I hope Sarah runs for political office in 2012. She, Al Keyes and Jindal would make a terrific trio–wonderfully conservative. It was disgusting the way she was dragged through the mud and lied about by those liberal, left-wing illuminatis and her own party and she still came out a winner. McCain wouldn’t have done nearly as well had he not asked her to be on the ticket.
November 8th, 2008 at 11:33 PMUsing
Angie Smith sez:
Alan Keyes would be all right except that he seems to be a one-trick pony…anti-abortion. While I myself am staunchly pro-life, I would like a candidate who has more on his/her plate than just that.
I’m thinking a Palin/Jindal or Jindal/Palin lineup would knock the ball out of the park.
