Are you looking for the CURRENT VERSION of the Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler?

At the very least, we’ll know that it’ll be called “swiftboading” and “detracting from the real issues”, because that’s what it is always called when somebody accurately and precisely quotes a Democrat saying something mindcrushingly moronic.

Every once in a while, the Dubya that we vaguely remember before he was neutered by going to DC reemerges for a brief, but glorious minute:

JERUSALEM (CNN) – President Bush launched a sharp but veiled attack Thursday on Sen. Barack Obama and other Democrats, suggesting they favor “appeasement” of terrorists in the same way some Western leaders appeased Hitler in the run-up to World War II.

That “veiled attack” and “suggestion” is what is known in investigative work as “an accurate description of the subject”, but boy oh boy do the liberals and their waterboys in the MSM already have their organically woven hemp panties in a Gordian knot over it.

“Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along,” Bush said at Israel’s 60th anniversary celebration in Jerusalem.

“We have heard this foolish delusion before,” Bush said in remarks to Israel’s parliament, the Knesset. “As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: ‘Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided.’ We have an obligation to call this what it is — the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history.”

*Sniff*

This reminds us of the moment when he climbed atop the ruins of the WTC and grabbed that bullhorn. Every once in a while, that which could have been shines through and he speaks the honest, brutal truth unhampered by his handlers in Foggy Bottom. And when that happens, this Imperial Majesty gets all sentimental and feels a sudden urge to applaud wildly.

Remember the days of “and soon, those who did this are going to hear from ALL of us!” Or how about “you’re either with us, or you’re against us.” Good times, goooood times.

Over to you, liberal pant-wetters:

Obama last week called the Hamas allegation a “smear”

Said “allegation”, as he calls it, referring to McCain accurately quoting Hamas when they said that they’d prefer it if the Obamessiah wins. That’s all he said. He didn’t say anything about Black Racist Jesus being pro-Hamas, he didn’t even insinuate it (we, on the other hand, aren’t nearly as diplomatic. If he’s not pro-Hamas, then he’s pretty much the only member of his church congregation who can make that claim). No, he merely pointed out that, between the two of them, Hamas would prefer the Obamessiah. Draw your own conclusions.

He didn’t “allege” anything because that is what Hamas said. That’s called a “quote”, Black Racist Jesus, you might want to look it up. And he didn’t “smear” anybody either, since he didn’t as much as suggest anything about Obambi’s personal preferences vis-a-vis Hamas, only how Hamas felt about him.

But enough about that, back to Black Racist Jesus’ hysterical whining and screeching about Bush’s correct use of historical fact:

and lashed out Thursday at Bush’s speech in Israel.

“It is sad that President Bush would use a speech to the Knesset on the 60th anniversary of Israel’s independence to launch a false political attack,” Obama said in a statement released to CNN by his campaign. “It is time to turn the page on eight years of policies that have strengthened Iran and failed to secure America or our ally Israel….”

By sitting down and talking to Ahmadinnerjacket and other dictators without preconditions.

“George Bush knows that I have never supported engagement with terrorists,

At least not any sort of engagement that includes preconditions.

and the president’s extraordinary politicization of foreign policy

“The bad man is politicizing policy!”

Pardon us while we go hit ourself over the head for long enough to bring our IQ down to a level where this even begins to make sense. What’s the IQ of arugula again?

Oh, and while you’re busy being Outraged, OUTRAGED™ about “politicizing foreign policy”, Obambi, would you mind letting McDermott, Durbin, Carter et al know about this new gold standard of the Democrat Party? Because we’re not sure they got the memo and they, unlike the President of the United States of America, aren’t authorized to conduct foreign policy.

and the politics of fear

…said the presumptive nominee for the party that gave us Glowbull Wormening, the EPA, the ESA, the “war on poverty”, ads showing Republicans shoving grannies down the stairs, crosses burning if Southerners voted Republican etc. etc. etc.

Pardon us if we’re not overly impressed with the pot calling the kettle black. Oops. Did we say “black” and Obambi in the same post? How racist of us.

Not to mention that if pointing out that there are bad guys out there who will murder, and have murdered thousands of us, bad guys who have said so repeatedly IN THEIR OWN WORDS, is “the politics of fear”, then we suggest that we need more of it, because the news still haven’t penetrated to the half of the country that are still at the mall.

[SCENE: THE OBAMA HOUSEHOLD. MICHELLE AND BARACK ARE WATCHING A HORROR MOVIE AND THE HEROINE IS ABOUT TO OPEN THE DOOR TO THE ATTIC WHERE WE KNOW THAT A PSYCHOTIC MURDERER IS HIDING]

BARACK: “There you go again with your politics of fear, Michelle.”

do nothing to secure the American people

Noticed any terror attacks on U.S. soil, lately? Funny, neither have we. We wonder how that could be.

or our stalwart ally Israel,” Obama’s statement said.

But we’re sure that sitting down with a sworn enemy of Israel, a genocidal maniac who repeatedly has stated that he intends to nuke Israel out of existence as soon as he’s capable, a deranged, anti-Semitic lunatic who, even as we speak, is working as hard as he can to GET that capability, that sitting down with him without preconditions will do WONDERS for the safety of Israel.

Blithering buttsnorkel.

So there you have it again: Any sort of criticism of the Black Racist Jesus, no matter how factually accurate and, for that matter, even if it isn’t directed at him at all but can be perceived as such, is “racist”, “divisive”, “detracts from the issues”, “a bunch of lies”, “smear tactics”, blah, blah, blah, blah, bleh… Or, to put it in another and much shorter way: Any criticism of Black Racist Jesus is OFF LIMITS!

According to Black Racist Jesus’ rules, that is.

Sorry, Bambi, with a skin as thin as yours, you’re obviously not ready for the big leagues. You should stick with T-ball until you grow a set. And no, you not hitting the ball does NOT mean that the batting tee is racist either.

Now go home and change your diapers, because you are, to put it bluntly, beginning to get a bit rank.

Thatisall.

It is going to be a breath of fresh air when the Conservatives are finally sidelined in November.

That “breath of fresh air” will be the “stench of decaying bodies” for the next four years, as the tyrants, dictators and Pisslamic terrorists take advantage of having a pathetic, hand-wringing bunch of pussified pacifists at the helm, with no threat of a well-deserved ass-whooping hanging over their heads.

But yes, I don’t doubt that Hamas, and a whole lot of other people in the world would rather see Obama elected over McCain.

Just as Hitler was really counting on the US to continue to be led by pacifists and appeasers in order to accomplish his goals of world dominance and “Final Solution”.

Using your ‘criteria’ of us not having been attacked, you could also say that Bill Clinton kept us “safe” for about that long also — if all you are counting is the fact that we haven’t actually been attacked in that period of time.

Apparently the first attack on the WTC in 1993, Khobar Towers, USS Cole, African Embassy bombings, Mogadishu, etc., et al don’t count as “terrorist attacks against the US” in the LefTardian lexicon.

But Bush has NOT made us safer by any stretch of the imagination.

Thousands of dead terrorists vehemently disagree with you.

There is more turmoil and unrest in the Middle East now than before Bush started stirring up the hornet’s nest.

Wow. Just wow. Your incredible lack of historical knowledge (or purposeful obfuscation & misrepresentation) is stupendously remarkable. A short lull in the eternal fighting and in-fighting in the Middle East does not constitute “peace”. I suppose the terrorist attacks and wholesale slaughter throughout the Middle East/North Africa (MENA) before W took office were just “blips” on the radar screen during the Klintoon years and don’t really count as “turmoil and unrest” in the LefTardian world view.

The “War on Terra” has actually increased the number of “terrorists” worldwide, AND the number of terrorist attacks.

Again, thousands of dead terrorists stridently and vociferously disagree with you and their pitiful bemoaning (on captured documents & computers) the lack of recruitment success puts the lie to your claim.

We’ve replaced one corrupt government in Iraq with another corrupt government — and it has cost us almost $1 Trillion to do so.

Until you can point out exactly where the new Iraqi government is systematically attempting to eliminate entire ethnic groups, committing intentional, wide-scale environmental disasters as retribution for past transgressions against it and has official rape squads and medium/long range missiles pointing at the rest of the Middle East, you’re full of shit. (Nice try at the Moronic Moral Equivalence™ game, though. You can pick up your consolation prize at the door on your way out.)

How many tens, if not hundreds, of trillions have we wasted here in the US on the Marxist programs instituted under the corrupt Dhimmicrat control of Congress since the “Great (Soviet Socialist) Society” was enacted? How many hundreds of thousands of needless deaths have occurred (and tens of millions of lives have been destroyed), due to the destruction of the nuclear family, mostly in poor, “ethnic” urban areas? (So much for actually giving two shits about the “po’, oppressed black folk”. After all, it’s all about “intentions” and not “consequences” of one’s actions that count.)

Meanwhile, the tall, skinny fuckwad that sent 19 brainwashed fucknozzles over here to kill 3000 people and topple strike terror into the minds of our country is still wandering around free

If (and that’s a BIG “if”) Osama Been Laid-Down™ is still upright and ambulatory, hiding out in caves and hovels in the shithole of Pakistan’s NW Terrortories isn’t exactly the definition of “free”.

I remember a Bill Cosby record years ago. Cosby told the story of shop class and a kid who threw a cartridge into a fire. The round went off and the shop teacher was trying to find out who did it. He finally came up with an idea. “Anyone who would throw a bullet into a fire must have a bad mother.” After repeating it several times one of the kids said “I didn’t throw the bullet into the fire and stop talking about my mother!!”

Cosby had it right then and Bush had it right when he was talking to the Knesset.

yeah people like him and Joseph Kennedy who openly supported Hitler and had numerous business dealings with the third reich throughout the entire war…..

Or are you talking about the vast majority of Republicans who felt that Hitler was their friend, and that they actually agreed with many of his stances? They didn’t want to get involved in another war because it was “none of our business”. They blocked FDR on every effort to become more involved. After all, Germany didn’t declare war on us until AFTER we declared war on Japan — their ally. Before that, they were only sinking our merchant ships supplying Britain (something that the Republicans in Congress felt was our fault anyways.)

I think I’d rather talk about the father of neo-liberalism FDR and his imprisonment of thousands of Japanese Americans all because they weren’t white……care to discuss that?

Thousands of terrorists that didn’t exist before the Bush War Follies. We are creating more terrorists than we are eliminating. Let’s attribute that quote, shall we?

That would be William Edgar Borah (R-Idaho), expressing the official stance of the Republican Party at that time who were against becoming entangled in another European war. Republicans felt at that time that it wasn’t our problem, and that the Germans were no threat to America.

Thanks for that bit of context - which only helps to cement the reality of how anyone who tries that is likely to get their contry’s ass handed to them!

Glad we’ve got you on our side, man!

Now I suppose that Kennedy, Nixon and Reagan were appeasers also, considering that both talked to leaders of regimes that were supposedly out to destroy us. Heck, even Bush and Reagan talked to Iran.

Princess Natasha….(not correcting you here just using your comment as an opening) While it is true that the Middle East is overwhelmingly populated by primitives… it wasnt always so. Seems that historians are always harping about that the fact that writen language and mathematics originated in the upper Tigris valley (sumerians and thier precursors) and that at one time they had healthy leading edge civilizations capable fo fielding huge armies etc etc.. This got me to wondering well what happened?

Then I realized it …. this fucking guy named Mohammed showed up and they drank the kool aid. Since then they have been in nothing but decline. So the next time any arab (or persian or whatever the fuck they want to call themselves) starts talking about how they were the founders of society… just ask what happened then?

My next point…. The news is harping that Obama’s campaign is calling what President Bush said a “political attack.” WELL NO FUCKING SHIT ! Lets see here… Obama’s a politician, President Bush is a politician. The Presidents comment had to do with a foreign policy philosophy….. so how in the fuck could it be construed as anything other than a political attack? (change the word attack to criticism for more accuracy). And what I want to freaking know is exactly what in the Fuck does Obama expect to talk about with these people? As discussed before its not like he’s the most manly guy…. this is a religious war PERIOD. And one participant is absolutly non-negotiable (Islam). What is there to TALK about. So that wasnt a “political attack” it was a political criticism, but even if you wanted to call it an attack, did the rules of politics suddenly change and thier not allowed to critize the other policies? I thought that was politics…..

Next, we can talk all we want about appeasment and speculate what will happen in four years of same. But let me strongly remind you of one thing. If ISREAL ever feels truly threatened by IRAN….. IRAN WILL FUCKING GLOW FOR NEXT 1000’s of years. Do not for a moment think they wont do it and also dont think they will ask US for permission, they will probably let us know (courtesy call) but (and I thank god everyday) the Isreali’s do not fuck around too much. They’ll tolerate alot of shit… but when its game on …they dont give a fuck. And truthfully with a Obama admin, I bet they will be feeling alot more insecure.

Thats is all for now …. back to your regularly scheduled program …

It’s a simple, undeniable fact that Iran is a state sponsor of terrorism. Obama says very clearly that he’s going to negotiate with them, and somehow convince them to “change their behavior.” (Good luck with that.) And yet, he stands there and denies it with a straight face.

Michelle Obama Rails Against “Whitey” - Game Over.

According to Jim Geraghty at The Campaign Spot, Larry Johnson is a Hillary supporter. So the following from Johnson’s blog, No Quarter USA is, happily, blue on blue fire.

I now have it from two or three sources close to senior Republicans that they have video dynamite–Michelle Obama railing against “whitey” at Jeremiah Wright’s church. Republicans may have a lousy record when it comes to the economy and the management of the war in Iraq, but they are hell on wheels when it comes to opposition research. Someone took the chance and started reviewing the recordings from services at Jeremiah Wright’s United Church of Christ. Holy smoke!! I am told there is a clip that is being held for the fall to drop at the appropriate time. The last thing Barack and Michelle need is a new clip that raises further questions about her judgment and temperament. [snip]

When the ugly video tapes about Jeremiah Wright’s racist ravings first broke Barack Obama told us he could no more disown Jeremiah Wright than his own Grandmother. Well, we all know how that turned out. So will Barack stand by Michelle when the tape emerges of her verbally attacking “whitey?” Republicans, who are otherwise gloomy about prospects in November, recognize that this recording will create real problems for Barack and give them a shot at the White House. It is their October surprise.

    Oh, for crying out loud.

The whole point here is that President Bush was talking to the Israeli Knesset about the dangers of attempting to negotiate with those who will agree with anything you propose and then turn around and violate said agreement without a blink. He gave the example of WWII Nazi Germany who hoodwinked Chamberlain, and Sen. Borah’s blithely naive comment.

“If the shoe fits, wear it.” That’s the saying, and apparently there are a great number of talking heads who believe those shoes fit Obama very neatly. Including Obama.

If you believe President Bush meant the speech as an attack on Obama and want me to agree, then prove it.
(Your projections don’t count as proof, by the way.)

Now, have other politicians from both attempted negotiation with two-faced foreign governments? Of course they have, and fruitlessly for us, too. That may be part of what Pres. Bush was alluding to. I can’t prove that, I merely suggest.

I presume you’re talking about the fact that Prescott Bush worked for Brown Bros., Harriman during the 1930, and that BBH made some large and cucrative investments in Hitler’s Germany. Yes, both those facts are true - but dishonestly misleading since other facts are discretely omitted.

    1. It might be noted that BBH made significant lones not only to Nazi Germany, but even larger loans and investements to Stalin’s Russia. At the time, the Nazis were abusive, but had not yet escalated to actual extermination, as Stalin already had done from the early 1930s.

    2. Working at BBH, Prescott Bush was involved with domestic investment banking; foreign investments were the purview of Averell Harriman, one of the Scions of modern Democrat Party liberalism.

This puts a different interpretation on the attmept to smear Prescott Bush, and to discredit Georgie III via guilt by association - which I thougth liberals disapproved of anyway.

I love this fucking “Im a victim” role that Obama seems to put on whenever someone disagree’s with him. If he feels that he was attacked now… wait till the RNC gets rolling come GE time. He needs to get some thicker skin if he wants to play ball in the big boy league, cause frankly this whiny bullshit is getting old in a hurry.

You know now that I thnk about it, if he wanted to “win” this criticism all he would have had to say was … “I respect what President Bush says regarding this subject, but I disagree, we have different ways of viewing solutions to problems and philosophys regarding diplomacy and that why I am the candidate to chose. I represent a change from the same ole way of business as its practiced in government today. End of Comment. Now that would have be a classy response …. instead of ‘I’ve been attacked……

    TerribleTroy,

According to Obamessiah, we can’t discuss:
    1. His mom
    2. His grandmother
    3. His father
    4. His wife
    5. His minister
    6. His voting record in either senate
    7. His views about the war in Iraq
    8. His political leanings (can’t call him a liberal)

These are all, according to him, distractions from the REAL issues.

As much as I’d like to think that Israel would cut loose and kick Hamas’, Hezbollah’s and the various psychotic militias’ asses without the help of the US, that’s just not the case right now. The didn’t win the 2006 summer war with Hezbollah, and the camel fuckers are much better funded and have much more personnel and equipment than Israel. They’re just too small right now. Without the US, they would be overtaken.

And by the way, Nat is 100 percent right. You can’t have a principle of mutual assured destruction (MAD) when one side doesn’t give a fuck if it’s destroyed and actually looks forward to the prospect of paradise and several dozen virgins.

On another note, Count Chocula really is stretching here. When I heard Bush’s speech, I didn’t even consider that he was referring directly to Chocojebus. If ANYONE deserves that particular allegation, it’s Jimmy the Hamas-rectum-licker Carter. But with Obambi, it seems to me to be a case of self-realization and much too much protestation.

That’s an interesting note about Israel. I was always under the impression that they hade the manpower, firepower, and willpower, but that they were being held in check by the US.

Nicki, I respectfully disagree. While Isreal’s enemies may have the advantage in human numbers, they (Isreal) have way superior technology in armor and aircraft (Thanks to US and them) . The Isreali’s control the skies and have continously proven that since the Six Day War. The reason that there is a proxy war with Hamas and Hezbollah is that Syria Jordan and Egypt well remember the ass kicking they took in 67 when they all three attacked Isreal at the same time. Isreal took some lumps for 48 hrs and then thier air force absolutly destroyed the enemys air arm, and coupled with thier armor actually took and held ground. It was one of the most lopsided victories in military history. They do not want to see a repeat and if anything Isreal is even more capable today than it was in 67.

Regarding last years summerfest, I dont think the Isreali’s “lost” that engagement. I think it was considered a limited event (by thier generals) , designed to thin the herd, disrupt the command infrastructure, and remind the badguys exactly what they were up against.

I will say outright I’m not a fan of “limited” war. I prefer WW2 style warfare, as I beleive that it is civilians that determine when there will be peace. And as heartless as it may seem, if the civilians sustain enough losses they will depose whatever is causing the “heat” to be brought upon them. By refusing to support the force that is drawing the attention of the heat. Unfortunalty in this warm and fuzzy world with the ability to pin point target hostiles there has been the development of a thought process where it is expected that there be “clean” wars where only actual combatants sustain casualties. At least as far as the west is concerned. However, it is well known that the islamists consider all personnel as viable targets, civilian or military. Funny how they can send suicide bombers, and rain unguided rockets upon cities, but if they sustain any civilian casualties its a war crime that requires retaliation.

If we (the US) have any impact on Isreal regarding military affairs it is only in the form of restraint. But I will say it again, if they feel threatened enough they will not hesitate (nor will they seek approval) to destroy the threat.

I’ve been rambling (again) thats what I get for drinking too much coffee in the AM

    From Reagan’s ‘64 speech:

Admittedly, there’s a risk in any course we follow other than this, but every lesson of history tells us that the greater risk lies in appeasement, and this is the specter our well-meaning liberal friends refuse to face — that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight or surrender. If we continue to accommodate, continue to back and retreat, eventually we have to face the final demand — the ultimatum. And what then — when Nikita Khrushchev has told his people he knows what our answer will be? He has told them that we’re retreating under the pressure of the Cold War, and someday when the time comes to deliver the final ultimatum, our surrender will be voluntary, because by that time we will have been weakened from within spiritually, morally, and economically. He believes this because from our side he’s heard voices pleading for “peace at any price” or “better Red than dead,” or as one commentator put it, he’d rather “live on his knees than die on his feet.” And therein lies the road to war, because those voices don’t speak for the rest of us.

Troy - unfortunately I have to disagree with you. My AOR happens to be Levant, which includes Syria, Israel and Lebanon. Obviously I will not discuss things in detail, as most of the information I deal with is not something I can discuss here. However, I will tell you this - with the support Hezbollah, Hamas and the dozens of other armed militias who are running around over there are receiving from Syria and Iran, Israel couldn’t do it without our help. The 2006 fiasco was a proxy war. No one wants to engage the US directly, so they’re doing it that way. Israel lost. They moved on. Period. They’re very tough, but they’re going to have a problem.

Skye, yes, they have the resolve and the heart and the equipment we have given them, but they are literally surrounded by determined jihadists who want them destroyed. I believe the only reason things haven’t completely disintegrated over there is because we are committed to backing up Israel. Without us, they’re going to be hard pressed to win.

Nicki, I concede that your info is probably a helluva lot better than mine. (You mentioned the acronym SCIF previously and I have a bit of experience in that zone myself) With that said, do you think that if the Isreal’s went all out (non-nuclear) they still wouldnt prevail? Im still of the mind that if the Isreali’s responded with a complete lack of concern for “collateral damage” it would quickly take the moral from the enemy.

Against Syrian backed Hezbollah? Against Syria, where the populace is willing to starve and sacrifice its children just as long as the regime continues its jihad against Israel? Against Iran’s weaponry and money? Against the billion and one armed militias in Lebanon, who all have funding and weapons and some truly sophisticated ones? Without our help, both financially and technologically? I don’t think they would prevail. No. These camel fuckers aren’t the same fuckers as the camel fuckers whose ass Israel kicked in ‘67.

A biref digression to oblige SkyeChild #37 since she’s always been among my favorite Rotties.

The short and snarky answer, M’dear, is that my avatar is a small .JPG.

The more conprehensive answer is what I think you wanted - As a very few of you know, I have made my career for the last couple decades studying and scribbling about the Russian Air Force. My avatar is a scan I made of a squadron insignia of a Russian “aggressor force” training unit based at Mari in entral Asia during the late 1980s, intended to mimic the tactics of potential NATO opponents. The little fellow is a Varangian. originally that referred to the adventurers who invited themselves in to Russia during the 860s and set themselves up as the new rulers and warrior class. Their first leader was a fellow named Rurik. In recent times, the Russians use “varangian” to refer to the sort of professional, outside experts sent in, from outside, to be the know-it-alls, to tell everybody else how to do things. In its original meaning, a Varangian was the same as “a Viking”, and since I’ve spent many years in Minnesota, the connection seemed further appropriate.

    Nicki & Terrible Troy,

Sadly, I think Nicki’s expertise may be correct. Not only

These camel fuckers aren’t the same fuckers as the camel fuckers whose ass Israel kicked in ‘67.

but the Israelis are not the same ass kickers they were from 1948 to 1973. I invoke the Beka’a Valley and Beirut experience of 1982. While the IDFAF was retrograding the SAF’s aircraft park :em69: , on the ground things worked out in a much stickier fashion. In my estimation 1982 marked the turning point in Israeli military fortunes, at least in part for political and social as well as military reasons.

While I am on topic, let me share this website War Online which is a Russian Language site focusing on the Middle East. I’m uncertain whether this site is based in Israel, the USA, or elsewhere, but the guys appear to be Russian, or ex-Russian Jews.
This site will be maily of interest to our Russian readers like Nicki, Natasha, Misha, and maybe a few others I hven’t identified yet. But some of you others might enjoy clicking around hunting some of their interesting maps and photos such as on this page
Sorry I didn’t share this earlier. Bad judgement - I’ll drop and start doing my push-ups now.
